MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely โMid Autumn Festivalโ, โNational Dayโ and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The โEatery Restaurantโ, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the โTeamโ, whom makes the establishment a success.
The โNewโ pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge โunlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheratonโ, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former โRegional Retail Managerโ, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in โCustomer Relationship Managementโ and โRetail Managementโ, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True โManagersโ, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with โSamuelโ the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for โMarcusโ the Restaurant Manager, whom is always โhands onโ and working hard on the floor.
Such โleadershipโ sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to โLydiaโ the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, โMarcusโ the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to โMollyโ from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the โManagement Teamโ, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.

The team at the โSwimming Poolโ, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that.

Perhaps, โMarriottโ should consider, having this Hotel's โsisterโ Hotel, โThe Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about โHospitality and Serviceโ, from this Hotel โFour Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfangโ.
As in my opinion, the โThe Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Managementโ is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The โAlpacasโ are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, โForeign, and Domesticโ.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
