This hotel, in my opinion after staying there a few times and comparing with those similar in the vicinity; Just great! Airport transfers provided; friendly and helpful drivers, followed by friendly Front desks personnel and clean rooms. Not to forget about its location with great food with reasonable prices. I’ll be back! Uploaded photos of the great food that I had 8 minutes away.

The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean—honestly, the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The view from the window, both day and night, was absolutely stunning 🌃😻. This is definitely my top choice for business trips and vacations alike! 👍

Staying with my family at Xiangwang Hotel was an experience that exceeded our expectations. The room layout was spacious and well-designed, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The facilities were comprehensive, even including smart devices, which made our children very comfortable. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, and transportation is very convenient. The front desk service was attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. It's an excellent choice for family trips, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again for our next vacation.

The shuttle bus was super convenient. What really prompted me to write this review, though, was the lady staff member who helped me retrieve my luggage at 9:24 PM on April 25th. I was in such a hurry to catch the 9:25 PM shuttle to the terminal, which was already waiting in the lobby, that I didn't even get a chance to see her name, only managing a quick 'thank you.' I really appreciate how she understood my urgency. It was because she was so mindful of my rush that she even apologized when handing me my bag. Isn't that feeling of being so well-cared for the best 'home away from home' experience one can have?!

I've been to Guangzhou many times, but this was my first stay at the White Swan Hotel, and it left a deep impression. First off, the location is excellent, right by Shamian Island, and just a short walk from Guangzhou Cultural Park (Thirteen Factories Museum). I booked an executive river-view room, and the young ladies at the executive lounge were incredibly warm and meticulous in their service, proactively asking guests what they needed. They not only upgraded my room but also extended my check-out time, which I really appreciated. The hotel's internal environment is also fantastic; the small garden in the lobby is truly refreshing. The hotel breakfast is very generous, with many varieties of congee alone, and plenty of Cantonese dim sum. Having dim sum by the river in the morning was a stylish experience. Thumbs up to this hotel!👍👍

Stayed at Family room 8306 on 17 to 24 April 2026 Positive Hotel room. Nice clean and spacious room. Toilet are relatively clean and we especially loved the foot sensor flushing for its convenience and novelty. The overhead shower water pressure is great after a long day of walking and shopping. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a restful sleep. Hotel. Taobao enabled hotel. Order stuff and have them sent to the hotel for pickup. Food delivery enabled. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor for guests. There are daily fresh water bottles stocked up next to a lift for guests usage. The front counter also provided a coffee-tea biscuit station for guests waiting at the lobby. I can't get enough of the biscuits. There is a pot of light stuff available in the evening for a quick bite. The counter staff are attentive and will walk around serving tea to guests waiting in the lobby which is a nice touch. They are very responsive and will make great efforts to attend to our inquiries. Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk away out of the hotel front door both left and right direction are good for foodies. Both directions lead to long streets of local food and amenities. Breakfast. Breakfast, filling and decent enough if you are not picky. Anyway it's free. We usually slept until very late and ate out at Dian dou de (Didi there) or local food around the hotel. Transport. There is a metro station just about 10 minutes walk away but didn't get to ride it because it's more convenient to grab a Didi right at the hotel front lobby. The hotel location is just under half an hour ride to Shangxiajiu and Beijing road. We also took a 30 minute didi (8.00am) to Baiyun shan for a day trip. It took about 5 hours to explore it. Negative Didi. The hotel is not located right on the main road. There are roadwork during our first 3 days there and the side road entrance to the hotel are blocked. We have to grab our Didi at the main road instead of the hotel lobby Luggage rack. The hotel room really needs a big luggage table or rack for guests with multiple big luggage. The tiny rack currently available is not enough to use. This is a Big Big Problem. .. Big Problem. Must rectify immediately. Room wifi. The room wifi is not available for use during our entire stay. Totally unable to get any connections at all. This is a minor annoyance. Room keeping. The beds are not made up everyday. Although we don't really mind. It will be nice to come back to a tidy bed. On 2 separate nights we need to personally take towels for my daughter and tissue pack from the house keeping cart because our room is not supplied correctly..

We chose to stay at the Wyndham again for our May Day trip to Zhaoqing. It's right by Seven Star Crags, and you can enjoy stunning lake and mountain views right from your room. The hotel's pool, hot springs, and kids' club kept the children happily entertained. Our butler, Winnie, was incredibly warm and attentive. She sent us a guide for our stay and local attractions as soon as we arrived, and was always quick to respond to any needs, making our trip even more enjoyable.

Everything you need is here; the facilities are great. The smart assistant, Xiao Du, makes adjusting the temperature and closing the curtains super convenient, and the semi-smart toilet is a nice touch once you get used to it. The staff are always smiling when you see them, and there's unlimited self-serve coffee and tea on the first floor. The subway station is right outside if you turn right. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back again.

This time, for our Chimelong trip, we chose to stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, and I'm really glad we did! First off, the hotel is beautiful. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which we truly appreciated and were very happy with. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a subtle, relaxing fragrance. The room had full Wi-Fi signal, complimentary welcome fruit, and overall, the facilities were new and the service was excellent. The hotel's 'flash card' activity was quite innovative and my child loved it. The breakfast buffet service was good, and the variety of food was decent. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant – the food was very authentic. However, everywhere in the hotel mentioned a dolphin pool activity at 18:30, but it wasn't there and we didn't see any cancellation notice, which was disappointing. Also, the dinner buffet was truly just okay, very average, with limited options and not much flavor; there's definitely room for improvement there. Another minor inconvenience is that food deliveries have to be picked up at the shuttle bus stop, which isn't very convenient, especially when you're alone with a child. Many family-friendly hotels now use robots for food delivery, which this hotel could consider implementing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it!
