I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to travel around and explore nearby places. The amenities provided were good, and everything was well-organized. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The hotel is located near Zumiao Temple, but after this stay, I've checked out the surrounding areas and would recommend the Cordis for a better location, or the Crowne Plaza, which is also a five-star hotel. All rooms at the Swissotel are above the 36th floor, but the main lobby elevators don't go to the 36th floor. This means that guests need to take an elevator to the 36th floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach their rooms. Furthermore, the elevator noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep at night. Especially in our executive twin room (3915), even our child found the elevator too noisy. At 11 PM that night, the hotel MOD moved us to a business floor on the 41st floor, where the elevator noise was relatively less. However, at 7 AM, I could hear two women next door talking about going to Macau, and a mother and son's conversation from another room... After staying for two nights and checking out, the hotel didn't contact us about the room rate difference. I had to contact Trip.com customer service to explain the situation, and they helped us get the extra bed for the child and one breakfast waived. On our first day, we had dinner at the executive lounge, expecting some local specialties, given that this is Foshan. However, there were none, and the food wasn't good. So, when the MOD told me that even if we moved to a non-executive floor, we could still have the buffet dinner the next day, I said it wasn't necessary.

I'm always very particular about choosing hotels when I travel, and this time Xiangwang Hotel completely won me over! The whole place was clean and odor-free, with both the public areas and guest rooms spotless. The room layout was well-designed and airy, and the facilities were brand new and fully equipped. Hot water came out instantly, and the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding incredibly quickly to any requests. My entire experience was excellent. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. Plus, the price was affordable, making it my top choice for accommodation when traveling!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded me to an executive floor free of charge. They also thoughtfully provided details on how to take the shuttle to Terminals 2 and 3, along with the timetable, which was very helpful. This was my second stay, and it was just as clean and tidy as it was two years ago. My airplane-loving son was thrilled to be able to watch planes take off. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I have an early flight.

My family and I stayed here for the Qingming Festival. Our room directly overlooked the confluence of three rivers at Baietan, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Pearl River's nightscape – the glittering lights of Haizhu Bridge, the silhouette of Pazhou Exhibition Center, and the illuminated passing cruise ships, all forming a dynamic urban tapestry. In the mornings, Shamian Island emerged through the mist, and at dusk, the sunset painted the sky in fiery gold. This is an unparalleled scenic advantage within urban Guangzhou. The room masterfully blends Lingnan elements with modern simplicity. Within the 55 square meters, rosewood furniture converses with Italian marble, and the headboard's Canton embroidery pattern adds a touch of understated elegance. The bathroom features a double vanity and a separate bathtub, with floor heating allowing for a relaxing bath while watching TV and enjoying the river view. Notably, the mattress's support system is specially calibrated to meet international standards while also catering to Asian sleeping habits. Our dim sum breakfasts over several days, enjoyed at various restaurants such as the 3rd-floor Flavors, Jade Garden, and Hongtu Mansion, all came from the same kitchen, though the serving dishes and steamers seemed to vary slightly. I highly recommend the classic shrimp dumplings for their refreshing, crisp texture. The tea quality was the best I encountered during my Guangzhou trip. Coupled with the river views from the window, it was the ultimate expression of Guangzhou's lifestyle. Jade Garden's Sunflower Chicken and Sachima remain signature dishes and require advance booking. At a four-figure price per night, it's mid-range among the top-tier river-view hotels in Zhujiang New Town. However, the cultural value-add of the White Swan is irreplaceable – it's not just an accommodation space but a living museum that has witnessed China's reform and opening-up. It's ideal for anniversaries, business dinners, or for experiencing Guangzhou's heritage with elders. If you prioritize purely novel and modern facilities, the neighboring Rosewood Guangzhou might be a better fit; but if you wish to touch the city's memory, the White Swan remains the only choice.

Stayed at Family room 8306 on 17 to 24 April 2026 Positive Hotel room. Nice clean and spacious room. Toilet are relatively clean and we especially loved the foot sensor flushing for its convenience and novelty. The overhead shower water pressure is great after a long day of walking and shopping. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a restful sleep. Hotel. Taobao enabled hotel. Order stuff and have them sent to the hotel for pickup. Food delivery enabled. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor for guests. There are daily fresh water bottles stocked up next to a lift for guests usage. The front counter also provided a coffee-tea biscuit station for guests waiting at the lobby. I can't get enough of the biscuits. There is a pot of light stuff available in the evening for a quick bite. The counter staff are attentive and will walk around serving tea to guests waiting in the lobby which is a nice touch. They are very responsive and will make great efforts to attend to our inquiries. Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk away out of the hotel front door both left and right direction are good for foodies. Both directions lead to long streets of local food and amenities. Breakfast. Breakfast, filling and decent enough if you are not picky. Anyway it's free. We usually slept until very late and ate out at Dian dou de (Didi there) or local food around the hotel. Transport. There is a metro station just about 10 minutes walk away but didn't get to ride it because it's more convenient to grab a Didi right at the hotel front lobby. The hotel location is just under half an hour ride to Shangxiajiu and Beijing road. We also took a 30 minute didi (8.00am) to Baiyun shan for a day trip. It took about 5 hours to explore it. Negative Didi. The hotel is not located right on the main road. There are roadwork during our first 3 days there and the side road entrance to the hotel are blocked. We have to grab our Didi at the main road instead of the hotel lobby Luggage rack. The hotel room really needs a big luggage table or rack for guests with multiple big luggage. The tiny rack currently available is not enough to use. This is a Big Big Problem. .. Big Problem. Must rectify immediately. Room wifi. The room wifi is not available for use during our entire stay. Totally unable to get any connections at all. This is a minor annoyance. Room keeping. The beds are not made up everyday. Although we don't really mind. It will be nice to come back to a tidy bed. On 2 separate nights we need to personally take towels for my daughter and tissue pack from the house keeping cart because our room is not supplied correctly..

An absolutely delightful stay! The Wyndham Zhaoqing boasts a superb location directly facing the stunning Qixingyan (Seven Star Crags) scenery, offering breathtaking views. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with exceptional cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options, and accessing it with the room card was very convenient. Special thanks to Winnie for her warm and attentive service throughout; the entire experience was flawless and offered incredible value for money. This will be my top choice for any future holidays in Zhaoqing, and I definitely plan to return!

The room decor is cozy, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The facilities are brand new and in perfect working order, and the internet is super fast, great for both work and entertainment. The hotel is well-equipped, and I particularly liked the smart control system in the room. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The hotel environment is quite good, with thoughtful touches like a smart toilet and screen-mirroring TV. The cleanliness is exceptional, even in the corners. The soundproofing is also very good.

The location of Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly unbeatable. It was a quick taxi ride from Zhuhai Airport, and it's very close to Hengqin Port. For families, the shuttle to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom only takes a few minutes. Nearby, there's Mangzhou Wetland Park with fresh air, and the Flower Sea Corridor, which is lovely for an evening stroll. Macau Legend Palace is within walking distance, offering dining, shopping, and movies. Plus, there's a 24-hour convenience store for snacks and drinks. The hotel exterior resembles a grand European castle, quite impressive. However, stepping into the lobby, it feels elegantly vintage and opulent – overall, very tasteful. The room isn't huge but is warmly decorated. The bedding is clean, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet with great water pressure. The hotel Wi-Fi is fast, perfect for streaming videos without lag. The parking lot is spacious and free, with security guards directing traffic. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it offers convenient transportation, an elegant environment, and is family-friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
