Choosing Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags for our class reunion in Zhaoqing was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, and you can step out and walk along the Star Lake greenway – the location is superb. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the courtyard with its small bridges and flowing water creates a wonderful ambiance. Our lovely concierge, Caroline, kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room with a private hot spring tub. The room was spacious and tidy, and the private hot tub on the balcony offered direct views of Star Lake – soaking in it while enjoying the lake scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly ground rice noodle rolls and Cantonese dim sum aplenty. The outdoor hot springs, heated pool, sauna, and kids' club meant there was something for everyone, ensuring both adults and children had a great time. The staff were attentive and polite throughout, and the room service was meticulous and spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect one-stop vacation experience, suitable for families and leisure travelers alike. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhaoqing!

My stay here was excellent. The hotel is very close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, making it super convenient for travel. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The soundproofing was great too, so I got a really good rest. The biggest surprise was the family-themed area; the Hello Kitty decor was a unique touch, the facilities were comprehensive, and the environment was quiet. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou or catching a flight.

Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍 Right as we checked in, we caught an interactive performance, which my kids absolutely loved and even got stickers from. The front desk lady who handled our check-in was incredibly nice. I mentioned wanting a high floor, and she suggested upgrading our room if we booked a buffet dinner, which was a wonderful surprise! She arranged for us to be on the 19th floor, directly facing the fireworks – I can't thank her enough! I forgot to ask her name, but she was beautiful and kind 🌹🌹🌹. She also recommended the WeChat concierge service, which was also excellent! 👍👍👍 The concierge was very thorough, informing us of all the important details, hotel operations, and park opening hours. They even offered us a complimentary drink, which we forgot to claim, but the gesture was much appreciated. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The overall experience was excellent, and we'll definitely be back!

I booked an Executive Room, and it was unexpectedly perfect! Service: I was escorted from the front desk on the first floor to the Executive Lounge on the third floor for check-in. It was quiet and efficient; I just sat comfortably and waited. The staff on this floor were noticeably a cut above – all tall, beautiful, and with lovely voices. They could all provide service in three languages, and their Cantonese was perfectly modulated, soft and soothing, truly melting your heart. While I was in a blissful daze, the staff even arranged a room upgrade and late check-out for me – super happy! 🥳 On the night of check-in, they gave us a welcome gift and a handwritten card as a small anniversary present. 🥰🥰🥰 Perhaps due to the late check-out service, the room card's magnetic strip had a slight issue, but it was resolved quickly and smoothly – excellent job! Every staff member I encountered, at all levels, had genuinely radiant smiles, not forced at all. The entire team is well-trained, and the salaries and benefits must be good around here – truly living up to the 'White Swan' name. ☺️ Dual Executive Lounge Privileges: By the time we checked in, it was past afternoon tea, so we enjoyed the evening cocktail hour. There was a variety of basic mixes, and they could even make non-alcoholic versions for ladies and children. Besides small snacks, there were various Western appetizers, nuts, cookies, and cheese to pair with red wine. Vegetable salads and fruits were also available, along with Chinese dishes like chicken wings and braised ox tongue – you could easily have a full meal! 🤣 Unfortunately, we only had a little bite before heading to the pool. Cleanliness: All mirrors and metal surfaces in the room were sparkling clean, the bathtub was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Facilities: The heated infinity pool has an accompanying hot tub and changing rooms with showers. The large towels were clean and soft. Right next to it is the spa, separated for men and women, with both dry and wet saunas. There are attendants to guide and introduce you, so you won't feel lost. What's particularly worth mentioning is the landscaping. The gardeners have meticulously trimmed and maintained all the flowers and trees. The plants are thriving and blooming, with no obvious signs of being haphazardly planted and replaced when they die. Especially those very old staghorn ferns – their blossoms smell wonderful, giving a full tropical vibe. The Koi pond's water quality is excellent, and the fish are healthy and lively! The White Swan finally showed me the true meaning of 'feeling at home.' When checking out, the staff member bid me farewell with 'see you next time,' and I genuinely look forward to it.

The hotel has its own heated pool with a comfortable water temperature, so the kids could swim safely. Breakfast catered to both seniors and children, with a wide variety of porridges, pastries, and fresh fruits. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, close to shopping areas and attractions, and parking is easy. Among hotels in the same category, it offers outstanding value for money. Our whole family had a comfortable stay, and it's definitely worth revisiting.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and warmly introduced us to the nearby attractions. The hotel felt very secure, and the high-floor views were good. The rooms were very clean. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the Western options which were quite tasty. Having to switch elevators in the middle was a bit inconvenient. It's really close to the Ancestral Temple; we got there quickly by taxi and it's also walkable to the attractions.

The overall environment is a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle; the moment you step inside, the street noise vanishes, and a subtle fragrance instantly puts you at ease. The room is spacious and airy with excellent natural light. The furniture and soft furnishings feel high-quality, not cheap at all. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, with strong water pressure, and the toiletries are top-notch. The cleaning staff were incredibly meticulous, proactively replenishing drinks and consumables daily. The service from the staff was just right – friendly and polite without being intrusive, and very efficient. All the facilities are new, the WiFi is stable and fast, and parking is convenient. There were no hidden charges, the pricing was fair, and the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal are both excellent. This is truly a rare high-quality designer hotel in Xinhui, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable travel experience.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Tianhe. The subway station is just a short walk downstairs, making it convenient for shopping at Zhengjia or Parc Central, or meeting clients. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in, and I especially want to thank Mia, Joelle, and Dion for their very thoughtful service. My room was on a higher floor (10+), and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Zhujiang New Town, especially at night when it was all lit up – truly breathtaking. The bedding was very comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows available, so as someone with neck issues, I finally got a solid night's sleep. I couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness either; the sink and bathtub edges were sparkling. The breakfast deserves a special mention – a wide variety of options that were replenished promptly. They had freshly made rice noodles (changfen) and wonton noodles, and the croissants were perfectly flaky. Surprisingly, the coffee wasn't instant! I also checked out the gym and the pool; the equipment was comprehensive, and the pool water was clean. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have definitely swum a few more laps. It was very quiet at night, which didn't disturb my sleep. Overall, it's worth the price, and I'll likely make this my first choice again when I come back to Tianhe. I've already recommended it to colleagues planning a trip to Guangzhou.
