"Staying here during our trip to Shenzhen made everything so effortless and worry-free. Getting to major attractions and commercial districts was a breeze with smooth traffic. The room was well-ventilated, offered an open view, and featured very comfortable bedding. With convenience stores and supermarkets right downstairs, all daily needs are fully met. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, making for a wonderful overall experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"My friends and I decided to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a staycation at the Sofitel Foshan, and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest highlight of the hotel is its 'what you see is what you can buy' concept – all the soft furnishings and furniture throughout the hotel are exquisite, high-end, and stylish, yet timeless. The location is incredibly convenient; you can step right downstairs and explore large furniture exhibition halls, making it perfect for both relaxation and browsing home decor. It's especially great for a casual get-together with friends. I must give a special shout-out to Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. Her service was gentle and professional, and her attitude was exceptional. She was patient and thorough during check-in, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

The Executive Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is excellent. Aside from one staff member who seemed a bit stern, the other service personnel were all incredibly warm and polite, making us feel right at home. The food inside was also fantastic. Although the cocktails were a bit subpar, the overall experience was still very positive, earning high praise from both myself and my boss. The public area's pool and Jacuzzi experience were also great, and the sauna and warm pool in the changing rooms were equally impressive. The room itself was also quite good.

I specifically chose to stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I must specially commend Xana, the Guest Relations Executive! Her professionalism and warm service left a deep impression. Before checking in, she thoughtfully reminded me of travel注意事项. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with no tedious waiting, and her service was gentle and meticulous. During my stay, Xana did her best to accommodate my last-minute personalized requests, actively following up and patiently coordinating throughout, always maintaining a warm and friendly attitude. Unlike templated services, Xana is observant and genuinely attentive. She proactively checks on guests' experiences and promptly asks about their comfort. The hotel environment is high-end and elegant, the public areas are clean and tidy, and the guest rooms are well-designed, clean, and free of unpleasant odors. The toiletries are of high quality. It was a very rejuvenating stay, and I am grateful for Xana's dedicated efforts. Her sincere service truly embodies Marriott's high-end service standards. It deserves a five-star recommendation!

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

We brought our elderly family members and children to Zhuhai for a vacation and stayed at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel. The whole family agreed that the experience was fantastic. The hotel grounds are tranquil, filled with water features and lush greenery, creating a very relaxing overall atmosphere that is perfect for family trips. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. They even thoughtfully reminded us that the gym and indoor pool do not require reservations and can be accessed simply by swiping the room card. The gym is fully equipped and clean, making it easy to get in a light workout during our stay. The indoor constant-temperature pool has crystal-clear water and a comfortable temperature. The Hengqin Bay Water World offers a wide variety of activities—the lazy river is relaxing and cozy, while the wave pool is lively and fun, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. The guest rooms are spacious with relatively new furniture, and the soft bedding ensured a sound sleep for both the seniors and the kids. The rooms were spotless, the bathroom facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring we were not disturbed at night. The hotel buffet features a rich variety of fresh ingredients, catering to the tastes of both the elderly and children, offering light dishes as well as specialty seafood. The hotel shuttle bus provides direct service to all Chimelong theme parks, eliminating the need to hail a taxi and making getting around completely hassle-free. The hotel staff were friendly, housekeeping was prompt, and any requests were handled in a timely manner. With comprehensive facilities and a strong resort vibe, this is a top-notch choice for family travel and is well worth recommending.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

My kid goes to university nearby, so we stayed at this hotel for three nights to visit them over the National Day holiday. The location is prime. My daughter absolutely loved the trendy bar on the first floor. The nightlife around here gets really lively in the evening—super vibrant and bustling with tons of young people. The hotel breakfast offers a nice variety, and from our window seat, Canton Tower felt like it was right within reach. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The hotel staff was also very attentive and thoughtful. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to upgrade some of the bathroom facilities to smart tech.

Our family of four came to Zhuhai for a trip and chose to stay at The St. Regis Zhuhai. Everyone in the family was extremely satisfied with this stay. We especially want to thank Lacey at the front desk. Traveling with family means a lot of luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lacey proactively guided us. During check-in, considering we had children with us, she thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for us. After checking in, our child wanted some cookies, and Lacey quickly arranged for them to be delivered to our room. She even thoughtfully included drinks suitable for children. During our stay, she enthusiastically offered travel advice when we inquired about nearby attractions, even sharing tips to avoid traffic jams, which was a great help to our family's trip. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, so our family didn't feel cramped. The view from the window was expansive. The hotel's facilities are very suitable for family travel, and the breakfast offered many dishes that children love. Lacey was consistently warm, polite, and considerate, addressing all our family's needs in every aspect. The service experience was exceptional. Thanks to Lacey's dedicated service, our whole family loved The St. Regis Zhuhai, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Zhuhai!

The hotel is meticulously designed, very new, spotless, and has a very 'presidential' style – absolutely beautiful. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Zhengjia Plaza, Taikoo Hui, and Tianhuan Plaza, and a 20-minute walk to Canton Tower. They offer a ton of extra services, like garment care and afternoon tea, and the food is delicious. Our butler, Yueyue, was incredibly responsive and handled every request; I highly recommend she gets a promotion! Guangzhou is such a great city to explore.

We recently brought the whole family on a trip to Chimelong and chose to stay at the Penguin Hotel. The hotel is very close to the Ocean Kingdom, making it super convenient to walk there. Driving here was also hassle-free with plenty of parking spaces. The entrance and exit lanes are smooth and well-managed. The lobby is spacious with great natural lighting, and adorable penguin themes are everywhere, giving it a strong resort vibe. Check-in and check-out were quite efficient. The staff were polite, friendly, and very patient in answering questions. The guest room is of a decent size, and the themed decor is a big hit with kids. The mattress had a medium firmness, the pillows offered good support, and the bedding looked clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked exceptionally well, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, and both the minibar fridge and wardrobe functioned properly. The floors were spotless, and the bathroom featured a great wet-and-dry separation design. Hot water came out quickly with good water pressure, toiletries were fully stocked, and the towels and bath towels were clean and fresh. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant is unique—you can watch live penguins while dining. The hotel also features a kids' play area and very practical self-service laundry facilities. The public hallways and lobby were well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for family trips, and we had a wonderful vacation experience.
