"I first stayed here five or six years ago on my first visit to Guangzhou and had such a great impression that I booked it again this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to Guangzhou Zoo, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by a warm and elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially MIA Huang, was incredibly warm and attentive. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, answering any questions promptly and patiently. Their professional service made my check-in experience even more perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions, which made me feel very welcome. I am extremely satisfied. The cleanliness in the room was exceptional, with every corner spotless, and the amenities were well-equipped. Furthermore, the hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, well-balanced and delicious. GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

The location is super convenient, within walking distance of the subway, making it easy to get to all the major attractions. When I first arrived with a lot of luggage, Xana, a guest relations specialist, proactively came over to assist me. She quickly checked me in and then guided me to the elevators and my room. The room itself was more spacious than expected, with a walk-in closet that was great for storage. The bathroom was roomy, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long journey. The room had excellent natural light, and the night view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the city lights, which created a fantastic atmosphere. Housekeeping was meticulous, and amenities were always well-stocked. Room service was also very quick when I called for items. Xana was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Her thoughtful service made my trip to a new city feel incredibly warm. The hotel excels in both its facilities and service. Staying here for a trip to Shenzhen is definitely a no-brainer.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

The room was well-ventilated, with no dampness or strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea. The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care. Our stay was absolutely perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance.

MMan______The room was spacious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Due to the rain, we had the buffet dinner directly at the hotel, and the food was fresh and tasty. Our butler, Holly, added me on WeChat in advance. Since we had two babies, she helped arrange bed rails for us. Her service during our stay was attentive, and she proactively asked about our needs – it was excellent! We'll definitely choose to stay at Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai.

GGuest UserThe hotel amenities are pretty standard, but the location is great with lots of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free afternoon tea and late-night snacks. However, the soundproofing is terrible. On the first night, I stayed in a city-view room and it was incredibly noisy – I barely slept. 😓 After complaining to customer service the next day, they moved me to a river-view room. It had an amazing view directly overlooking the Canton Tower and Liede Bridge. The soundproofing was a bit better on the river-view side. Kudos to customer service for their quick response!

GGuest UserThe weather was hot, so a few families grouped together to escape the heat here. The rooms were spacious enough, the river view was expansive, and the pool was quite open. The pool is on the top floor and is divided into three areas: the curved shallow area is constant temperature, while the round side pool and the large infinity pool have cooler water, which is perfect for summer. PS: It was so comfortable, even adults lounging on the side enjoyed a cool breeze with no mosquitoes! The kids' play area was smaller than expected, suitable for 1-3 year old babies. We'd definitely revisit this hotel just for the pool and the rooms!

MMr. MoThe hotel is beautiful. The location on the cliff is wonderful. There is a picture to be taken at every corner. You don’t notice the service people at all, but you notice their work. For this I give them the highest of praise. Room service is quite fast. The food selection they have is super high quality, whether at dinner or breakfast. The reception are helpful and are quite reasonable people, when there is a disagreement. I have informed them earlier that it was our wedding anniversary, and they prepared the room accordingly and even prepared a cake for us. 2 areas of improvement. 1- English speaking staff. -2- The hotel needs to put night owls in their consideration. The restaurant closes at 12, which is fair enough. But no snacks or vending machine way before that time. What if I get hungry late at night? Besides that, I would definitely visit this place again. Is perfect for couples who want a get away, or people who just want a place to find serenity or inspiration.
