Guest UserOur stay at Bird's Nest Resort was absolutely perfect, exceeding our expectations in every way. The room offered incredible privacy, tucked away in the rainforest. Opening the window revealed lush greenery everywhere, and the atmosphere was quiet and incredibly rejuvenating. The private plunge pool was clean and refreshing, and spending time relaxing there was pure bliss. The room was meticulously cleaned, and all the facilities were comprehensive and worked perfectly. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly, handling everything efficiently. Built into the hillside, the hotel felt like a natural oxygen bar with its fresh air, far from the city's hustle and bustle, creating a wonderful vacation vibe. It's perfect for both couples and those seeking a peaceful retreat. The experience was flawless – I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

Stayed for two nights. First, I want to commend Kaylee, our butler. Her service was excellent, very proactive, and responsive.
The concierge service was great. They were there to open the door and help with luggage as soon as we parked. We were offered welcome leis, but they weren't available when we got out of the car. The lobby didn't have air conditioning and was a bit warm, but it was well-ventilated. Check-in was quite fast, and they provided detailed information. The elevator had AC and was very cool, and our luggage was delivered to the room quickly.
The hallway to the room was too long and outdoors, making it quite hot. However, it looked beautiful once the sun set.
The family room had one king-size bed and one single bed. The mattresses were good, no backaches. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature. Bottled water was replenished promptly and generously. Room 833 offered a partial sea view and a partial view of the duty-free shop and a new hotel that's still under construction. It wasn't noisy, and the duty-free shop lights looked lovely at night. The only **bug** was the bathtub on the balcony, which made it impossible to take a bath. The room had no musty smell and didn't feel old. There was a huge table, convenient for dining.
We received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the passionfruit was absolutely delicious. A complimentary minibar was provided, with drinks and snacks.
The family pool was a bit basic, without a water playground, but it had free floats and basketballs. There were plenty of lifeguards who helped inflate the floats.
There was a shuttle bus to the beach, and the driver was very friendly and chatty. The beach had lounge chairs, and the sand crab catching activity was excellent and engaging. There wasn't much hawking on the beach, which contributed to a great vacation vibe. Free sand-digging tools were available at the beach.
The kids' club was next to the B1 breakfast restaurant, with activities suitable for younger children. Tree climbing was a lot of fun and came with small prizes. The bubble activities were a hit with all the kids.
You could reach the duty-free shop by crossing the road through a small gate, which closed at 10 PM.
We weren't bitten by mosquitoes at all during our stay, which indicates good pest control – a definite plus.
Breakfast was a bit simple; the variety could be improved. We didn't have to wait for a table even when arriving after 10 AM, and the food was replenished promptly. The Xinglong coffee was good. Eating outdoors was slightly warm but offered views of fish and snorkeling.
The hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious, delicious, delicious! The hotpot at the Western restaurant was decent, and the ambiance was good. There were plenty of takeout options nearby, but you had to pick them up from the takeout cabinet yourself. The 'Qingbuliang' (Hainanese dessert soup) from room service was good.
It's a shame we didn't go snorkeling. We'll have to come back next time.

QiudaoyujingThe environment is actually pretty good. As an older five-star hotel, the service isn't bad at all. I was traveling alone and just looking to relax, so I didn't have any special demands and booked a basic garden view room. The facilities are indeed quite old-fashioned, and its reputation for having a guesthouse-like vibe is well-deserved. However, staying here was actually alright. The sea in Yalong Bay is truly beautiful, and the Mangrove Tree Resort has a prime beachfront location. If you're looking for beautiful scenery and great photo opportunities, this place is worth it. But if you're looking to relax and prioritize bedding and comfort, you might want to reconsider. From my experience staying at various places on this trip, the Mangrove Tree Resort just doesn't cut it when it comes to comfort.

Guest UserThe hotel exceeded our expectations! There were so many activities, perfect for families with kids. Our butler, Xigua, provided exceptional service, even bringing us fruit and a souvenir. Throughout our stay, the service was top-notch; they even helped with food deliveries. The scenery of Haitang Bay behind the hotel is stunning, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious too! Butler Xigua was very thoughtful and provided excellent service.

The hotel was quiet and uncrowded, giving off a perfect vacation vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was very responsive to all our needs. The breakfast also had an à la carte menu, which was exquisite and delicious. I accidentally left a piece of clothing when I checked out, and the hotel proactively contacted me and even helped mail it to my home. I'm very grateful for that!

Guest UserThe hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants, so you'll have endless dining options. All the in-room appliances work perfectly. Plus, there's an incredibly delicious coconut chicken restaurant right behind the hotel, less than 100 meters away – a must-try if you stay here!
The room facilities and housekeeping are top-notch. The cleaning is meticulous, and everything is tidied up neatly. The staff are very polite. The buffet breakfast on the 33rd floor is abundant, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices.
The Guest Relations assistant even added me on WeChat during my stay, which was super convenient as they were always responsive to my requests.
Overall, the hotel environment is quiet and upscale. This is definitely my go-to hotel when traveling.

I originally booked an executive suite with a sea view on another platform, but forgot to make a reservation... By the afternoon, there were no sea view rooms left, so I temporarily chose a mountain view, which was also great. The room was spacious, and my family was very satisfied. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful, arranging two rooms for us even though the sea view rooms weren't available. I'm very grateful for their assistance. My child loved the kids' room key card. In the evening, they delivered fruit and even brought a stroller for my child. Staying at the Marriott with a child was a very thoughtful experience! The afternoon tea was delicious, but the wait was too long, about two hours. I hope they can improve that.

No hotel is perfect; it all depends on what you're looking for. Atlantis caters to families, especially those with slightly older children, and it's also suitable for couples. If you're seeking ambiance, Instagrammable spots, and fewer crowds, you might prefer The Rosewood Sanya or The Sanya EDITION. But if your goal is a family trip with pre-teens, Atlantis is the absolute best, bar none!
Let's compare it to other options:
* **Compared to Universal Studios Hotel:** It offers better value for money and water activities.
* **Compared to Disney Hotels:** It's incredibly good value and suitable for both boys and girls.
* **Compared to Guangzhou Chimelong Hotels:** It’s more refined, sophisticated, and has an international flair.
Here are the pros:
1. **Room Layouts:** There are many rooms with two 1.5-meter double beds, which is incredibly convenient for parents – those who know, know!
2. **Prompt Service:** Once you call, items are usually delivered within 5 minutes.
3. **Exceptional Cleanliness:** This is a rare find for a family-friendly hotel.
4. **Daily Replenishments:** Fresh towels and linens are provided daily, which is great if you love showering. The mini-fridge is also restocked daily, keeping the kids happy.
5. **Dining Capacity:** Despite the crowds, there are plenty of breakfast seats across two underground restaurants, plus options on the 18th and 48th floors, and a club.
6. **Comprehensive Entertainment:** The Aquaventure Waterpark, C Show, and various activities mean you won't get bored even after a week.
There are a few cons, too:
1. **Beach Hawkers:** Motorbike riders on the beach constantly approach you for photos and business, which is annoying. This is a common issue in Haitang Bay.
2. **Ocean Conditions:** The waves are too strong for swimming in the sea. Although there's a designated area, I still don't recommend it.
Finally, a shout-out to our butler, Blue Whale. Their service was excellent and very helpful.

Guest UserBringing my kids to Sanya for vacation and choosing the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay was an absolute stroke of genius! The super-spacious Camp Hyatt kids' club, fun pool bubble activities, and quiet private beach made taking care of the little ones so easy. The rooms were fully stocked with amenities, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The resort grounds are beautiful, and the food appealed to all ages. A heartfelt shout-out to our butler, Diana. She prepared children's amenities for us in advance and was always responsive to our various needs. She thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's daily family activities and quickly helped us resolve minor issues during our stay. Her service was gentle, patient, and incredibly attentive. The hotel's overall service standard is excellent, and paired with Diana's thoughtful one-on-one butler service, our family's island trip was perfect and comfortable. We'll definitely be back for future vacations!

Guest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic! We had booked a panoramic sea view room online, but due to a system error, our reservation couldn't be found at check-in, and the room type we booked was fully occupied. The front desk staff handled the situation brilliantly, reconfirming our reservation in less than ten minutes and even upgrading us for free to an even higher-tier panoramic sea view suite. As soon as we entered the room, they promptly brought up a bed rail and bottle sterilizer for our child. Kid's toiletries were replenished daily, which was super convenient. The room itself was spacious, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only minor drawback is that the decor feels a bit dated by today's standards. The hotel restaurant offers an amazing view overlooking the lawn and the ocean, making breakfast incredibly pleasant. The hotel activities were also quite engaging. The sea was so blue, and the waves were so white. We definitely hope to visit again!
