"We chose InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort for our anniversary during the Dragon Boat Festival, and our entire trip was absolutely amazing! 🥳 First, the hotel environment: the resort has an incredible atmosphere, nestled between mountains and the sea. Every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. It felt so serene and relaxing, truly a perfect getaway. Now for the main highlight: I can't recommend our incredible butler, Dora, enough! 🥰 She was incredibly thoughtful and warm. She proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the moment we opened the door, we were stunned. The endless ocean stretched out before us – the view was absolutely breathtaking. Upon learning it was our anniversary, she secretly decorated our room in advance, adding so much special touch. It was a completely unexpected and delightful surprise. She was always prompt in responding and thought of every single detail. Her attention to detail was exceptional. With the stunning scenery combined with Dora's incredibly attentive and personalized service, we had an unforgettable time. "We stayed in rooms 7603 and 7609. The hotel's location is excellent, and the sea view from the sixth floor is beautiful. The service was also good. The downside is that room 03 had a strong musty smell, and in room 09, we found a small gecko. We called the service hotline, and they quickly helped us remove it, but the hotel really should do a thorough check before guests check in. The facilities are very old; the TV only showed channels and was very laggy, and it only had HDMI input, no screen mirroring functionality. The Bluetooth connection on the phone only played sound, so we just went to sleep. In the evening, we went to a nearby restaurant and tried Wenchang chicken; the coconut chicken was quite crispy, and the steamed chicken was very tender – both are worth trying. We also ordered stir-fried beef because we saw many cows on the way, but the beef was very tough, so I wouldn't recommend it. The coconut rice was also quite delicious. The next morning, we went to a nearby mountain to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately, the clouds were too thick, and we couldn't see it."

GGuest UserGuest Manager Xu provided absolutely excellent service! This is by far the best room I've stayed in Sanya. Late at night, when I wanted some congee, they even drove to deliver complimentary congee and pickles! The breakfast was also very rich and varied! The chicken feet were especially delicious; I ate four of them! The room attendants were wonderful; the young women who cleaned our room were so energetic and always smiling, which made my family and me feel very comfortable! The staff member who drove us and helped with luggage was also fantastic, actively helping my parents and me move our suitcases from the room to the car! Their attitude was truly excellent! I would love to stay at this hotel again next time.

Sscarlett0527Stayed for two nights. First, I want to commend Kaylee, our butler. Her service was excellent, very proactive, and responsive. The concierge service was great. They were there to open the door and help with luggage as soon as we parked. We were offered welcome leis, but they weren't available when we got out of the car. The lobby didn't have air conditioning and was a bit warm, but it was well-ventilated. Check-in was quite fast, and they provided detailed information. The elevator had AC and was very cool, and our luggage was delivered to the room quickly. The hallway to the room was too long and outdoors, making it quite hot. However, it looked beautiful once the sun set. The family room had one king-size bed and one single bed. The mattresses were good, no backaches. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature. Bottled water was replenished promptly and generously. Room 833 offered a partial sea view and a partial view of the duty-free shop and a new hotel that's still under construction. It wasn't noisy, and the duty-free shop lights looked lovely at night. The only **bug** was the bathtub on the balcony, which made it impossible to take a bath. The room had no musty smell and didn't feel old. There was a huge table, convenient for dining. We received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the passionfruit was absolutely delicious. A complimentary minibar was provided, with drinks and snacks. The family pool was a bit basic, without a water playground, but it had free floats and basketballs. There were plenty of lifeguards who helped inflate the floats. There was a shuttle bus to the beach, and the driver was very friendly and chatty. The beach had lounge chairs, and the sand crab catching activity was excellent and engaging. There wasn't much hawking on the beach, which contributed to a great vacation vibe. Free sand-digging tools were available at the beach. The kids' club was next to the B1 breakfast restaurant, with activities suitable for younger children. Tree climbing was a lot of fun and came with small prizes. The bubble activities were a hit with all the kids. You could reach the duty-free shop by crossing the road through a small gate, which closed at 10 PM. We weren't bitten by mosquitoes at all during our stay, which indicates good pest control – a definite plus. Breakfast was a bit simple; the variety could be improved. We didn't have to wait for a table even when arriving after 10 AM, and the food was replenished promptly. The Xinglong coffee was good. Eating outdoors was slightly warm but offered views of fish and snorkeling. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious, delicious, delicious! The hotpot at the Western restaurant was decent, and the ambiance was good. There were plenty of takeout options nearby, but you had to pick them up from the takeout cabinet yourself. The 'Qingbuliang' (Hainanese dessert soup) from room service was good. It's a shame we didn't go snorkeling. We'll have to come back next time.

GGuest UserThe mangrove forest is highly recommended this season. 1. The hotel's public areas are amazing – it's an elegant and culturally rich hotel. From the moment you step out of the car, you feel like your vacation has begun. 2. Although the rooms aren't the newest, the low-rise ocean view is incredibly comfortable. 3. This season, the hotel's fruit trees are laden with fruit, including dragon fruit, coconuts, longans, star fruit, and wax apples (I missed the lychees and mangoes). It's a real treasure and perfect for kids to explore. 4. The beach is truly a vacation paradise. The sand in Yalong Bay is still very fine, and the hotel's beachfront location is excellent. The sea breeze keeps it from being too hot. The only downside was a stretch of white coral when entering the sea, which was quite rough on the feet, but the water was so blue, and surfing was a lot of fun. The loungers by the shore are also very comfortable; you can enjoy coconut water or a drink while listening to the sea.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay was very satisfying. The overall facilities, environment, and service all met international five-star standards. Although the hotel is older, it doesn't detract from its quality as a resort hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and patient during check-in. I want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Tudou. Every morning and evening during our stay, he would proactively greet us. He also showed great care for our experience, asking if we needed any room supplies replenished and about our preferred cleaning times. I've stayed at many international five-star hotels, and I truly commend Butler Tudou; his service awareness is truly international five-star standard. The hotel offers many free children's activities, including pet feeding, a children's zip-line challenge, a park train, and children's DIY crafts.

The sunsets over the ocean in the evening were romantic and therapeutic, and the happy hour at the beach bar created a fantastic atmosphere. Every room is equipped with Banyan Tree's signature aromatherapy toiletries, and upon check-in, we received a special welcome gift and fresh fruit. The floating afternoon tea experience was exceptional. The resort's buggies are available for pick-up and drop-off at any time, ensuring a smooth and uncrowded experience. It's truly a luxurious choice for couples on their honeymoon or anyone looking for a relaxing escape, far from the hustle and bustle of crowds.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very complete. There's an indoor pool with both a cold and a hot plunge pool, plus changing rooms and showers, which is super convenient and very clean. Environment: Vientiane City is nearby with lots of great food options. Room service can deliver takeout right to your room, which is a thoughtful and attentive concierge service. The hotel also offers turndown service, and the guest relations staff member was very sweet and attentive – I loved her! For breakfast, we were guided to our seats and they even helped make coffee.

GGuest UserSanya Family Trip | JW Marriott Dadonghai Review – So thoughtful it made me cry! 😭 We took a taxi from the Hilton to the Greentown Sanya Dadonghai JW Marriott. Check-in was smooth at 4 PM. We booked the 'Stargaze Babies' room, and for families with two kids, it's an absolute no-brainer! 🥳 The layout truly understands parents traveling with children! One king bed + one bunk bed. The room isn't huge, but it's fully equipped with everything you need. Kids' amenities and thoughtful details are all in place, making for a very comfortable stay. In the evening, we discovered a new activity – we went to the pool at the adjacent Autograph Collection hotel. The evening breeze combined with the sound of the waves created such a wonderful ambiance. It was super photogenic! 📸 We listened to the waves, watched the live performance, and observed the kids playing in the water – it truly felt like a perfect vacation. I have to specially praise the incredibly thoughtful and amazing service at JW Marriott!! Our flight was scheduled for the evening of the second day. We originally requested a late check-out until 3 PM. At noon, the hotel proactively contacted us. Because there were guests checking in later, they thoughtfully asked if we'd be open to switching to a standard room type. They then extended our check-out to 5 PM for free! 😭 This was truly so considerate! It didn't inconvenience the next guests, and it gave us ample time to rest, shower the kids, and get ready. Staying during the off-season really brought so many pleasant surprises! In the afternoon, the kids were full of energy again. They had a blast playing in the Marriott pool until 4 PM. Water volleyball was their favorite, and they absolutely didn't want to leave. By 5 PM, we were packed and ready, concluding our trip perfectly as we took a taxi to the airport ✈️. The entire experience was seamless, and Marriott's service really won us over. For families with two kids visiting Sanya, this Dadonghai location is definitely worth it! #SanyaFamilyTrip

We booked a club room on the 43rd floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. 😍 The hotel has Russian-speaking staff; we had Ariel, who was an excellent helper and advisor throughout our entire stay. We are so grateful to her! ❤️ Ariel provided us with a schedule of all the activities at the hotel, including their locations, and advised us on what to prioritize and what to save for another day. 👍 The stay included tickets to the waterpark and aquarium (the beluga whale and mermaid show) for the entire duration of our visit, plus two tickets to the evening C-show, which we unfortunately missed. There's also a buffet lunch and dinner, which was more than enough. In the morning after breakfast, the kids checked out the play area and were amazed – it's Octonauts-themed and really cool. The grounds are beautiful, with great pools and a lovely beach. Our vacation was amazing, we're very thankful and will definitely be back.

GGuest UserThis is my second time at the Grand Hyatt! This time we booked a family room, and it was huge! While the decor might be a bit dated, it's definitely very well-maintained. The air conditioning works great, and everything was comfortable. The hotel gardens are lovely with lots of greenery. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Our butler, Dora, provided excellent and attentive service, always quick to respond to our requests! The beach is a little walk from the hotel, past the pool. You can take a hotel buggy or enjoy a pleasant stroll. The evening sea breeze is also very refreshing. Overall, I highly recommend it!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, gentle and meticulous hospitality was present throughout.
