Hygiene: A terrible experience. There was urine on the toilet, which made me seriously question the overall hygiene of the hotel. Service: My feedback about the hygiene issue was addressed promptly, and I was moved to a different room. They have a robot for room service and late-night noodle snacks. Facilities: The elevators are incredibly slow, with very long waiting times. Coupled with the room service robots using them, all three elevators had long queues during the holiday. There's a pool and a small bar on the top floor, but that's about it. Location: The surrounding area is very well-equipped with plenty of shops, large and small restaurants. I recommend trying the 'Lao Ba Cha' (Dad's Tea) and 'Hou'an Fen' (Hou'an Noodles) nearby.

Highly recommend staying multiple nights and enjoying the 'Happy Stay' benefits, including a complimentary room upgrade to a Deluxe Room, subject to availability. This was an incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the North and South Fruit Market and the High-Speed Rail East Station, making both transportation and shopping super easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was excellent and very responsive. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Definitely recommend checking in!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

Had a very pleasant stay here! The facilities are excellent, and the public areas are beautiful and great for photos. The iron flower show at night was absolutely stunning. It was super convenient for a family trip, as it's very close to the beach with a direct walkway to Coconut Dream Corridor. The breakfast was also quite rich and varied. Cici, our Ctrip concierge, was so nice and helpful. I even left a piece of clothing behind after checking out, and they called me later to arrange for it to be mailed back. Many thanks! I'll definitely choose Pullman again when I come to Sanya Bay.

The room was great and very spacious, and the view from the balcony was excellent. The location is super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their recommended restaurants were delicious. Plus, parking and EV charging downstairs were both very convenient.

The large floor-to-ceiling mirror, the stylish vanity, and the exquisite bedside reading lamps all showed great attention to detail. The complimentary fruit basket upon check-in was a nice touch, making for a very pleasant stay.

I had such an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay. The location is honestly perfect — everything you need is right there. You can simply walk down to the beach, enjoy water activities, and explore so many restaurants nearby. It’s the kind of place where you never feel isolated because there’s always something happening around you. One of the things I loved most is that the hotel is connected to the Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection. If you’re staying at JW Marriott, you can also enjoy their pools and facilities, which really adds to the whole experience. The hotel itself has so much to offer, especially for families. There are daily kids’ activities, and my son was never bored — there was always something fun planned. The playground is huge and honestly looks futuristic, like something out of a movie. It’s such a dream space for children. They also have a beautiful swimming pool, which makes it even more enjoyable to spend your days there. I also visited Casa Corona Beach Club, and it was such a vibe. The atmosphere, the food, and the whole setting made it a really memorable experience. The spa was another highlight — so relaxing and exactly what you need when you’re trying to unwind and take care of yourself. On top of that, the service throughout the hotel was incredible. The staff really made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and special. It’s honestly just a great place to be with your family. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront stay with lots of activities, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It truly has everything — location, experiences, and comfort.

Facilities: In the second room, the bedside lamp flickered as if it wasn't getting enough power. The fan in the first room was noisy. Hygiene: The first room had a lot of ants, so we couldn't leave any sweet food open. Environment: The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, arguably the best sea view I've ever seen from a room in Sanya. Service: Butler Annie's service attitude was excellent, and she was very efficient. She promptly handled our requests regarding facilities and changing rooms. Dining: We had one of the worst dinners ever. Apart from the sea view, both the food and the environment were disappointing. The steak and pizza were all dry and tough, and there were many mosquitoes around the BBQ. It was a very tiring meal; we only ate a few bites and left. It definitely wasn't worth the 288 price tag.

Our first day in Sanya at the Jinghai Hotel was great! They have a washing machine and even provide laundry detergent, which was so convenient for cleaning up our kid's clothes after playing dirty at the beach. The room was clean, soundproofed really well, and being on the 20th floor, we had a direct view of the sea – the scenery was absolutely beautiful!
