Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service.
The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines.
We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

My daughter, son, and I stayed in the family room. We were very satisfied; both the exterior and interior were very unique, and the room was spotlessly clean. It had a wonderful charm. There was also a large bathtub, equipped with a bath liner, which was very hygienic. The only drawback was that the shower area wasn't private enough, which is something that could be improved for guests' privacy, even among family. Also, when checking in, it would be helpful to remind guests if they haven't purchased breakfast and ask if they'd like to, just to refine the service a bit more. However, overall, we were very satisfied. They proactively asked if I had a car and if I needed a parking voucher, and they reimbursed my parking fee. Very good indeed, and the tall lady working there had excellent service attitude.

Choosing Jinling Hotel for my stay in Nanjing was definitely the right decision! ✅
I paid an extra 100+ to upgrade to an executive room with an Asia-Pacific view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct, panoramic view of Xuanwu Lake. The view was absolutely divine! 🌿
The breakfast on the 56th floor had an amazing ambiance. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the Nanjing city skyline was incredibly relaxing.
The location is superb, close to Xinjiekou. It's convenient for shopping at Deji Plaza and other major commercial areas. It's a peaceful oasis in the bustling city, and the comfort level is top-notch! 💯
For accommodation in Nanjing, look no further than this hotel!

Stumbled upon this hotel, saw the price was good, so I booked it.
Only found out upon check-in that this is the tallest building in Wuxi. The subway station is right downstairs, and Xiao Lou Alley is just across the street. Getting around is super convenient.
The hotel's ground-floor entrance isn't very obvious; I walked around a bit before finding it and initially thought it was an office building lobby. I went in and asked, and that's when I learned the hotel's front desk is on the 43rd floor. Taking the express elevator made my ears pop a bit.
The room was great, the view was nice, and it was clean. The complimentary soft drinks from the minibar for Trip.com members and the welcome fruit from the hotel were a thoughtful touch.
I had read reviews mentioning poor soundproofing and was worried it might affect my sleep, but it turned out to be very quiet.
Check-out was also very fast; I just handed in the room card and left.
Overall, it was a very good experience. I'd definitely stay here again.

To be honest, I initially thought the Crowne Plaza Suzhou Taihu Lake wasn't cheap, but after staying there, I felt it was totally worth it. Every penny spent was evident in the experience. The first-line lake view of Jinji Lake is truly exceptional, and its direct view of the Gate of the Orient is a rare gem. The hotel's cruise-ship themed design is clearly a significant investment, with both the architecture and decor exuding quality. The high standard of service staff isn't achieved overnight; every detail reflects the management team's dedication. From the bedding and toiletries in the rooms to the facility maintenance, you can tell great care has been taken. The breakfast ingredients and presentation are also fitting for the price point. Another crucial aspect is that even though the hotel has some years on it, it's incredibly well-maintained, with absolutely no sense of being outdated, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location also saves on transportation time and costs; stepping out puts you right into a commercial district and subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. Overall, this is a five-star hotel with excellent value for money. The experience you get for the price is truly substantial. Highly recommended! (literally 'starfish pistachio' which is a playful way to say 'highly recommended' or 'five-star happy' in Chinese internet slang).

My husband jokingly said that this hotel is like the 'Pang Dong Lai' of hotels, and he's right – the service is absolutely incredible. From the welcoming staff to the front desk and even the housekeepers, everyone's attitude is super friendly and helpful. They even brought us a complimentary fruit platter!
Two years ago, when we visited Yangzhou, we stayed at the CIMC Grand Skylight Hotel, which also offered welcome fruit, but not as much as here. Plus, the facilities there weren't as new as at this hotel.
The hotel's amenities meet HUAZHU Group's consistently high standards; this hotel definitely feels a cut above the average Ji Hotel. The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small. Otherwise, I couldn't find a single flaw. And considering we visited Yangzhou during the busy 'March is blossoming with fireworks and pockets full of money' season, getting a four-star room for around 650 RMB is incredible value for money!

The location of this B&B is absolutely fantastic, right by Guanqian Street Park. I fell in love with it before even stepping inside. The staff, both the guys and the ladies, were super friendly and proactively shared tips on local eats. Though the room isn't huge, it has all the basic amenities, and the bedding is comfortable, with clean towels. For this price, it's an excellent value. Highly recommend!

When choosing a hotel, my top pick is always Shangri-La. Staying at a Shangri-La hotel feels just like home – it's warm, comfortable, and the service is incredibly attentive and top-notch. No matter which Shangri-La property I visit, the service standards are consistently excellent. My recent stay at the Shangri-La Nanjing allowed me to fully rest and relax after a tiring journey, and the culinary offerings were truly delightful. The hotel's ambiance is luxurious yet understated, elegant, and peaceful. The air always carries that distinctive, wonderful scent unique to all Shangri-La hotels, creating a warm, sophisticated, and refined atmosphere. The staff's service attitude is impeccable: polite, genuinely smiling, and thoughtful, all thanks to Shangri-La's thorough and comprehensive training system. In short, Shangri-La hotels are always my first choice for travel.

InterContinental hotels are consistently excellent, and this one is no exception when it comes to staff service and facilities. The InterContinental Nanjing Greenland Center is the tallest building in Nanjing, offering incredibly expansive views from above. The panoramic platform on the 45th floor is absolutely stunning. Even though we visited during the busy May Day holiday, and the hotel was bustling, the staff never showed any signs of service slack. We even met a 'Smile Ambassador,' a truly warm and friendly auntie who genuinely smiled at every guest she encountered. 😊
I especially want to commend Kelly, the lovely young lady who checked me in at the front desk. The first thing she said when I approached was, 'I'm so sorry to keep you waiting. The guest before you had some mobility issues, so it took a little longer. Thank you for your understanding.' Since the hotel was fully booked the night before, there wasn't a room ready when we arrived. So, we completed the registration, left our luggage, and headed out. Kelly was incredibly thoughtful and made a note to assign us a high-floor room with a great view. It's the little things, done with care, that really make a difference!
When we returned in the afternoon to get our room key, the room didn't disappoint. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the staff had already drawn the curtains to keep it cool. What's more, the hotel windows are designed so cleverly! You don't have to worry about anything falling from a high altitude when you open them. The safety measures here are top-notch, using perforated panels for protection. You can enjoy fresh air without any safety concerns! Thumbs up! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing. It's also super convenient, with a subway station right at the entrance and close to Xinjiekou! Highly, highly, highly recommended!
The hotel is very good, my friend is very happy, the hotel manager Lily is very nice, very gentle and very cute, my friend specially asked me to give a five-star review, the hotel is very quiet.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!
GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.
Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Very Good
DD0971****As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here.
1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail.
2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief.
3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down).
There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident.
Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang).
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday at this hotel. The decorations were perfect for taking photos, and the service was thoughtful and warm. The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night. Since there weren't many people, the kids had a blast running around the corridors. The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining. The indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, though not huge, kept the little ones occupied for a while. The heated pool's water was a bit cool, which could be improved. Overall, it's a great resort for families with both elderly parents and young children, and I noticed a surprisingly high number of seniors among the guests! 😝
AAnonymous UserThe location of the room is excellent, right in the bustling Shantang Street. After a day of exploring, being able to stroll around near our accommodation saves a lot of time, and the night view is stunning.
The service was fantastic. They offered pick-up and drop-off. Since I was traveling with my child, after check-out, a staff member even helped me carry my luggage to the subway station.
The air conditioning in the room was incredibly powerful, much better than the guesthouses nearby, where the AC wasn't even usable.
The breakfast was quite varied. My child wasn't charged and even received a complimentary main course. They also gave my child fish food to feed the fish, which made my child very happy.
My only suggestion would be to slightly change the breakfast dishes, as they were the same for two consecutive days.
There were welcome fruits and a complimentary sweet soup at night, which was a thoughtful touch. Free umbrellas were also available for borrowing.
Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThis is my second time visiting Nanjing for a hot spring experience, and I'm very satisfied with Banyan Tree this time. I was a bit anxious before coming, but it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located within the Garden Expo Park. The day before arrival, the hotel added me to a chat group. My friend arrived earlier and helped me check in. We were traveling with a child, and the room had kid-sized slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The hotel breakfast was very rich and delicious. During the day, we took our child to explore That Natural, Pioneer Bookstore, and the Cliffside Cafe. In the evening, we went to the Vietnamese restaurant for pho. Since the park's shuttle bus had stopped running, the hotel specially arranged a car for us, which was excellent. My child forgot to print some homework and only remembered at night. I sent it to the butler in the chat group, and they helped print it and delivered it to us that night. The hotel's hot spring was also very quiet with few people, almost like having the place to ourselves. The hot spring in our room was also disinfected and filled with fresh water for each use, which was fantastic. I've already recommended it to my friends!
