We had an excellent stay at The Londoner Macao. The hotel is spectacular, and the attention to detail is impressive. The London-inspired architecture and ambiance make it truly unique in Macao. I particularly enjoyed the musical atmosphere throughout the hotel. The British music played in the various spaces perfectly complements the decor and really adds to the immersive experience. It's a small detail, but it adds a lot of personality and truly reinforces the feeling of being transported to London. The room was spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and most importantly, very comfortable. The common areas are magnificent and perfectly maintained. We also greatly appreciated the swimming pool and the fitness center; both were very pleasant and lived up to the standards of a hotel of this caliber. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The complex also offers an impressive selection of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. There's so much to discover without even needing to leave the premises. A truly wonderful experience in Macao where the decor, music, ambiance, comfort, and service perfectly complement each other. We'd like to start by thanking Lisa_Y once again for her kind and attentive help with our booking questions during our stay at Studio City Macau — the same wonderful support we received during the Shenzhen leg of our trip. That said, we ran into the same ”perks” terminology issue we experienced in Shenzhen. The benefits provided by the hotel as standard and the perks provided separately by Trip.com weren't clearly distinguished, so once again we had to double-check at check-in which items actually applied. As mentioned before, we believe this really needs to be clarified between Trip.com and the hotel in advance. The water park, however, was truly top-notch. It was the absolute highlight of our time with the kids, and honestly good enough that we'd happily come back to Macau just for it again. One small downside was that, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell in the room. Aside from that, though, we were overall very satisfied with our stay, and it made for a wonderful trip with the children.

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time. The mattress firmness is just right, the location is convenient, and there's a shuttle bus directly to it. The hotel includes access to the 6th and 7th floors of the tower for sightseeing and photos. The evening view is beautiful, making it suitable for families.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future.

The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

Exterior: As shown in figures 1 and 2, this room type offers a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Transportation: After landing at the airport, just follow the signs for hotel shuttles, and you'll find the Studio City shuttle at position 1, which is very convenient (Figure 7). When you reach W Macau - Studio City, it's the second stop, and there are signs. Service: Although there was a minor hiccup during our stay, the hotel team actively and positively resolved it, demonstrating high professionalism. Upon learning it was our honeymoon, they sent us cake and red wine. Dining: We chose in-room dining for both dinner and breakfast. It was very convenient and perfect for a vacation. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Tips: Check-in at 3 PM is very busy, and you might have to wait in line. You might consider checking in a bit later. I arrived at noon, checked in, and then just waited to pick up the room card in the afternoon.

This was a surprisingly satisfying experience! I read some reviews saying the hotel was old, but when I got there, it didn't feel old at all. In fact, I thought it was very well-maintained. We were traveling with a child, and this hotel met all our needs. There's a swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor, and they're quite large. The water quality is excellent and very clean. Staff at the pool distribute clean, sanitized towels. There's a dedicated play area for children with a ball pit, picture books, and lots of toys. I personally found it very clean 😊. There's a sauna in the changing rooms, separate for men and women. I love saunas; it was super relaxing. The hotel also hosts activities at different times. It's a shame we only stayed one night and couldn't participate. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel this time. For dinner, we ordered room service. There was a huge variety of dishes, covering all sorts of cuisines. Breakfast was a buffet, and our whole family was pleased with it. This experience was so good that we're already planning our next stay! ☺️

For a one-night stay, the Holiday Inn by IHG proved to be a practical and comfortable choice. Located within walking distance of the city center, the hotel offers convenience without the premium price tag of the casino resorts. The room was clean and functional, and soundproofing was good. The bed was genuinely restful after a long day of exploration. Service was efficient and friendly, with quick check-in and helpful local recommendations. For travelers seeking a no-fuss base to explore Macau's historic streets and casinos without breaking the bank, this Holiday Inn delivers exactly what it promises: solid, dependable comfort in an unbeatable location.

The overall experience was fantastic! 👍 The hotel has a great ambiance, and The Grand Canal Shoppes are very photogenic. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to July, who patiently introduced the hotel's internal facilities and meticulously explained the good places to visit and eat nearby, which was a huge help for our trip. The hotel's location is excellent, connecting to The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Macao, and there are free shuttle buses, making travel and shopping very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall value for money was good.

The St. Regis Macao is ideally located in The Londoner Shoppes area. Its British retro style is elegant, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The signature 24-hour butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and the evening champagne sabering ceremony is full of ritual. The high-altitude pool offers views of the Eiffel Tower at night, and it's convenient for shopping and getting around, making it a top luxury choice in Cotai, Macau.
