Our stay at The Venetian was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel's luxurious environment was simply stunning. Having a shopping mall right downstairs made dining, entertainment, and everything else incredibly convenient. Cynthia and Miro provided exceptional, thoughtful service and even gave us a little gift. We were extremely satisfied!
Staying at the Grand Emperor Hotel was truly a great experience. The entire hotel is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff and lobby attendants were all proactive, enthusiastic, and helpful. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the hygiene is spotless. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of choices. Definitely a five-star rating!
The Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect – facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money.
My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time.
Excellent stay! This time, my experience was a delightful surprise. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was dry and sparkling, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Any requests were handled promptly. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway and the food street, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest even though it's in a busy area. For its price range, it offers unbeatable value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends.
Traveling with my daughter, her classmate, and her mom (a party of four), we came from Hong Kong to the Parisian Macao. The hotel package included two round-trip First Class Cotai Water Jet tickets, which made the price incredibly good value for money. The hotel's decor is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor walkways connect to The Londoner and The Venetian, making shopping and entertainment super convenient. You can even enjoy a light show at night. All the staff were patient and polite, especially YOYO at the front desk, who was exceptionally thoughtful. She meticulously explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Her service was attentive and thorough. We were extremely satisfied with this stay!
The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a spacious suite, a shopping paradise, and you can enjoy an ultimate vacation without even leaving the building. At night, you get to soak in the sparkling city views, and with all the dining and entertainment options, the experience is truly extraordinary!
I brought some gifts for my friends in Macau and bought some Japanese snacks and dried food for myself to take home. My friend wanted to treat me to dinner as a thank you for making the trip to Macau, even though it was an unexpected detour for me. He only had time in the evening after work. We usually eat quite late, so I had to stay in Macau for a day. Catching up with friends every two or three months is no problem, especially since I'm retired and have plenty of time. I always stay at this hotel. There aren't any major issues. I'm familiar with their procedures and practices. Plus, it's conveniently located on a main road with many bus stops, making it easy to get to and from the city center. Of course, when booking, you need to check the availability of rooms at competing hotels nearby.
**Environment:** Good. I used their pool, and there were Caucasians, Koreans, and Japanese guests.
This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.
Mainly, it offers excellent value for money.
1. Great location.
2. Good service, right from the entrance. The staff are generally enthusiastic and provide excellent emotional value. The service process and all aspects are well worth the price, and the front desk operates efficiently.
3. During my stay, I went to the Churchill restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. However, shortly after eating breakfast, I threw everything up. I'm not sure why.
4. The slippers have good anti-slip properties, but the soles are too thin, making them uncomfortable to wear.
5. Being an older hotel, there are few bedside outlets. They should learn from other older hotels on how to renovate this.
6. The bedside tables are small with limited space, so they shouldn't put so many traditional items there just for the sake of it. Guests can't use them. Give the space back to the guests so they can put their own things there.
Holiday Inn Macau is super convenient to get to. The hotel itself is great – very clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful; I forgot my phone charger, and they immediately sent someone up with one. Breakfast was good too, and it's excellent value for money. When I checked out, the doorman even helped me call a taxi. Five stars!

GGuest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!
AAnonymous UserI would like to commend Hancy at the front desk. She was very welcoming and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel. The stay was highly convenient, especially with the free shuttle bus service. This was our first time here, and we found the hotel very nice and relaxing. We will definitely come back again! I also want to mention Cristina at the pool reception for her great service.
