Stayed three nights for a business trip and what I appreciated most were the laundry room and gym. Both are available 24/7, and the all-in-one washer-dryer was super convenient, meaning I didn't have to pack too many clothes. The gym had enough equipment, and after my run, I'd head back to my room with the underfloor heating on, take a shower, and then tackle my work. I actually felt more efficient than when working from home. I'll likely choose this place again for my next business trip.

Staying here in Xining was great; the location is super convenient, with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and bars nearby. It's definitely the trendiest and most vibrant spot around. The hotel maintained the usual high standards of an Accor Sofitel. The housekeeping staff did a good job, though the front desk was a bit unremarkable. The gym, pool, and sauna are all available, which is a plus. However, it would have been even more perfect if there was a hot tub.

My friend recommended this place, and it truly was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet, and the location was superb. I brought my child, and there was easily enough space for a family of four. They even provided fresh fruit daily, and the mini-fridge had absolutely no odor, which I particularly appreciated. The service was great, and the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.

This bed is really comfortable to sleep, lying down and relaxing, health is also done, clean living is very safe. The most convenient thing is that you can park at the door, which is too friendly to our self-driving. The young lady at the front desk is not only beautiful, but also very polite, making people feel comfortable. There are also many restaurants at the entrance of the hotel, there is no need to worry about eating, the overall experience is superb!

The main advantage is its location, within the Sky One scenic area. On clear nights, the stars are clearly visible outside the hotel. However, like many other stargazing rooms, the rooms are cramped and small, and quite cold at night. Whether you can see the stars from inside depends on your eyesight. The young man who brought water was very helpful; kudos to him. Also, they include entrance tickets to the scenic area, which is a plus.

After checking in, I found that the overall feeling of the room was much better than the content of the review, which was a bit unexpected~ Breakfast is not bad, it is quite OK to live!

The hotel's carpets, room designs, and decor were all nice, showing that money was spent on these aspects, but the actual usability was poor. The double room faced the opposite room's window, resulting in poor lighting. The twin room had a mountain view and a good view. The facilities were rather strange: the hot and cold water taps were installed backwards, which took my family quite a while to figure out; there was no power outlet near the bathroom mirror, and the hairdryer had to be plugged in behind the door, quite far away; the towels were placed near the entrance, which was unclear. There was nowhere to put shower clothes and towels, making it a rather unusable hotel, but barely passable. Breakfast was unnecessary at the hotel; it wasn't very appealing, and ending at 9 am was a bit early. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets needed improvement; at least hair should be removed. The service was relatively good: when we informed the front desk that there was no water, they immediately provided it; the hotel also gave us a small gift, the yogurt which the children loved. Parking was free, but it was on the basement level, requiring a flight of stairs to reach the lobby.

The room was clean and there was nothing to say. It was very new. The sheets and quilts were all new. It was quiet. The service was good. The most important thing was that it was very intimate to send a bowl of tea. It was worth staying.
