The room was very small, other than that, the place was fine.
I am presuming the sauna was an extra fee, I didn’t enquire. Shouldn’t be listed as an amenity if so. It didn’t appear to be in working order in my stay.

Facilities exceeded expectations: the gym was fully equipped, and the pool water was kept at a constant 28°C – I didn't want to leave! Breakfast: The Western-style breakfast was quite good and had a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback: there were no lifeguards in the pool. Location: City center, about a 10-minute walk to nearby landmarks.
