I came here for a business trip and chose this store for a long time. It is very cost-effective, the safety factor is also high, the room is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. It is recommended.
Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully.
I could see myself returning!
The location is very good, the nearby attractions are within walking distance, the surrounding is full of restaurants, at least 6 or 7 Chinese restaurants, close to the supermarket. The interior of the hotel is very new and the internal facilities of the room are very modern. The mattress is also very good, not the kind of soft collapse
The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient. It is a good choice for business travel!
Food at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.
Because I was close to the Guadalajara Pavilion, I chose this hotel. Not particularly good, one is expensive, but even if it is expensive, the environment can only be said to be general, the service in the breakfast hall is very poor, the old man has been staring at you, the Chinese live very little. The room is still ok, the coffee machine boils water. Not very recommended, if you live for a long time. The only advantage is that I am close to Shanghai, Shanghai, and I go to eat every night. Otherwise you have to starve to death in Mexico.
Todo el personal fue encantador. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Chichén Itzá.
La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena. Precios acordes. Todo muy bie

Very Good
Amazing place!! I've been to PV once before and stayed at a different hotel, this time around we decided to try Hyatt Ziva. Did not disappoint us. I dont know how all these bad reviews are getting their POVS from but for us couple that stayed 4 nights it was the BEST. Alonso and Rodrigo (both Bellman) are the nicest person ever. Fernando (Poolside drinks server), the guy server at melanzane which I forgot the name☹️ were the best and made our stay the best! Jocelyn and Alexa, the 2 ladies that were incharge of the activities are super duper nice! Food are 9/10 minus 1 point cause some restaurants are close on some days. 😌 I love the room service 24/7 that they have and their coffee shop too. We will for sure come back and stay here.
Had to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.
Staff were all so sweet especially the hostess and servers in the buffet restaurant. Also very comfortable beds l, and the maid service was fantastic and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this location and we will definitely be back.
We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.
The hotel is an absolute gem—brand new and impeccably maintained! Don’t let the 1km unpaved access road intimidate you (we were at first); as you approach, the stunning building emerges like a sparkling reward at the end of the tunnel! 😀 One side offers a glimpse of the Mayan pyramid’s peak—pure magic! The other side overlooks the spacious pool and lush gardens. No matter your room’s view, you’re in for a treat. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room service is a steal—totally worth it. The pool is inviting, though the water felt just a touch chilly to me.
GGuest UserThe app was easy to use. However, when they arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room that was not what I had booked, being this much easier. I went to ask for a clarification and the hotel said that it had no information from trip.com about the type of room that I had been confirmed and even mentioned that the confirmation code was incorrect. I don't recommend trip.com because they are not clear between what your booking and what is delivered to you
