Chaotic, always crowded, people everywhere, need to queue even for the elevator. If u want a peaceful vacation, I don't recommend this hotel. Location is equally bad, surrounded with buildings under construction, literally nothing nearby.
I arrived on a Saturday, check in takes 30- 40 mins, and another 10 mins waiting for the elevator.
The hotel is not built for this many customers, the service Crews are too busy trying to accommodate so many people that they lack the personal touch.
Breakfast is normal, I had the same quality of breakfast at another hotel in manila for half the price.
Service was poor, I asked for a couple of wine glasses, but was rejected, reason being I did not order any wine with them. 😢
For the same price point, definitely there are much better choices around the same area.
The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online.
However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay.
I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible.
Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise.
Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.
I found the location to the Airport Amazing
Excellent Facilities- Gym/Swimming Pool / Sauna and Steam .
On site restaurants and Bar.
Staff were very welcoming -
Excellent Security for Entry/Exit in to the hotel .
Outside the Hotel was an excellent collection of restaurants- Supermarket and a 7/11. Macdonalds -Popeyes- Subway-DunkinDonuts - Pizza as well as local dishes .
Nearby was a Marriott Mall with Amazing Shops and a Casino and excellent choice of restaurants.
Walking distance to the Airport with a Bridge Flyover -
This Hotel offered everything.
Built in 1912, The Manila Hotel exudes old-world grandeur and luxury with its European-style architecture, spacious lobby, arched doorways, massive chandeliers, and wooden window frames. Interestingly, General MacArthur's suite, from the time he lost to General Peng during the Korean War, is preserved on the fifth floor – history certainly has a way of repeating itself... The breakfast selection is quite extensive.
“I stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helped us with directions. The hotel is close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good with several options. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be slow sometimes. Overall, I would stay here again.”

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience.
First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered.
The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to.
On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel.
I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.
I stayed for 2 nights at Diamond Hotel Manila during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels from kids’ shows to sports. The bathroom was large and clean, and check-in/check-out was fast and smooth. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the bar and the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with great facilities

My stay at Lime Hotel and Resorts was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Every interaction reflected professionalism and genuine care, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and designed for comfort. I especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—from check-in to room service—showing how committed the team is to providing excellent service.
One highlight of my stay was the complimentary drinks. They were a thoughtful touch that added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to the experience. It’s small details like this that really set Lime Hotel and Resorts apart from others.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that values quality service and guest satisfaction. I would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserGreat experience and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and it was fun to see the fish in the aquarium during the day. The water park and biodome were highlights for us.
Ddennis cruzEnjoyed our holyweek staycation in a very quiet Makati. There is an ongoing mall construction across the street but it was a holiday so no issues. The staff are nice. We appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks. Nice big pool might need an update soon, need more lights at night.

TTanent YongThe hotel is quite old and low maintained so do not expect real five star hotel experience
But the team did tried to keep it clean
The room is extremely dark with minimal lights , hence will need to borrow portable lights from hotel
Service per se, front desk not very friendly but restaurant for buffet is very friendly
The worst is the Chinese restaurant , I never experience such rude service before in my life , they will really show you the facial expression that the are tired or dissatisfied , if you order five items, they will serve you one and forget the rest, you may want to remind the few times only get full order served , I was just asking that they serve the wrong dish and the waitress just come look at me with fierce face : no , this is what you order, please eat it , wow five star hotel 🤔
Alabang really don’t have much choices , so what to do
JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

GGuest UserGood overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.
Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.
