Very clean and modern Hotel, nice rooftop pool. The only thing I would complain about is the coffee at the breakfast. The taste is very watery and not strong as it should be. Also the cinnamon roll I bought from the restaurant was not fresh.

We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Puerto Princesa for one night before our flight to Manila, and it was a wonderful experience. After exploring beautiful Palawan, it was the perfect place to relax before continuing our journey. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. What made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and they made sure we had a smooth and pleasant stay. Even though our visit was short, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay here again when visiting Palawan!

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. The hotel doesn't look like much from the front because the rooms are actually on the 4th floor of the entire building. Our room was very clean, although the furniture looks a bit dated, but omg, the BATHROOM! It had a modern tub AND shower, although you have to time your bath just right to get hot hot water - sometimes it's just lukewarm. The room was VERY spacious. The location is good, it's a 10-minute walk to the Shoemart Mall, and a few feet across the street from the palengke (market). It's also a short walk to Baywalk and a few blocks from it was one of the Night Markets. We spent a couple of nights here, then spent a few nights with friends in Quezon, and then returned to this hotel when we returned to Puerto Princessa.

Alain and Calou have a very charming and welcoming hotel! And what about the dive center and the dive sites! Professional staff, dedicated guides, and attentive staff—we enjoyed our stay. The only downside: we only booked a few nights :( We'll do it again. Thank you for everything! Oumayma and Souhaib!

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose carpe diem by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is the service of Donald;) please send my regards to him M

Great location. A bit pricy and room is very outdated. Bathroom floor gets a lot of water around the toilet. Mattress not comfortable. No Tv or pool. 4 nights Aud $293.00. Was supposed to stay 4 nights but ended up with another hotel after the 2nd night. Staff attentive and kept gardens clean. Free breakfast included. Can make coffee in outdoor area. I don’t think I will book again. The better hotel to stay is Holiday Suite Port Barton.

Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!
