"The room was nice, with a view over the buildings in the back of the hotel. Location is good, around the corner from the local (stops at every stop) subway line 6. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Also shops, including Trader Joe's on 32nd Street and 3rd Ave and Whole Foods at 28th and Madison. As I read in other reviews, a 15-minute walk from Penn Station, 10-minute walk to Grand Central Station, and 20-minute walk to the 34th street ferry stop on the East River."

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Ithaca. There's parking available for $10 (entrance from the back of the building), with direct access to the hotel from the parking lot. The room was spacious and well-furnished. It was quiet. There was no safe in the room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The pillows weren't great – too high, probably better suited for someone with broader shoulders. The bathroom was spacious. Overall, I can confidently recommend this hotel for a couple of nights. We stayed for one night while passing through and had a good rest."

The price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the front desk staff handled check-in. The hotel is grand and spectacular, making the trip totally worthwhile. It feels very safe, and the facilities are excellent.

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.  The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice.  The hotel is older and it definitely shows.  We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet.  The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

The room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

Staff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

The Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed—quiet, immaculate, and designed with a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel’s historic character. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained. The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy. Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

My stay at the Trump International Hotel in New York City was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is immaculate, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional quality of its staff. In particular, the doorman James deserves special recognition. James went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive—whether assisting with transportation, offering helpful local insights, or simply greeting guests with a level of respect and friendliness that made a real impression. It is rare to encounter service that feels both polished and sincere, and James exemplifies that standard perfectly. His presence alone elevated the entire experience. This hotel is in the perfect location. It’s close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants without being too loud or busy. The room was small but as expected for a NY hotel. We were grateful for a good working a/c unit which we could adjust to warm or cool the room as we wanted. TV had Netflix (own login). Breakfast was good, only a few cooked options which could’ve been improved but fresh waffles was a nice highlight! Some breakfast times were super busy and there were queues but we personally avoided this by going early.
