Saba Suites at platinum Klcc

Wonderful stay here. Felt homely. Could not do a late checkout out though and had to sit in the lobby for a long time before we could go to the airport.

We had a very satisfying stay at this hotel hosted by Saba Suites. The staffs were incredibly accommodating and made sure all needs met. The room was clean, spacious and had a pleasant smell, which made it feel even more welcoming. Overall, great experience- I’d truly recommend Saba Suites as your preferred stay in Kuala Lumpur.

It was a great stay. The landlord came to help open the door even though we arrived late. The apartment is spacious and clean, with strata management. The access card is safe, and the location is convenient to various attractions and the MRT station. The rooftop sky pool bar offers a good view (of the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118 Building). However, you can't take a direct photo of the Petronas Twin Towers from the pool. You can walk 3 minutes to the paid sky pool in the adjacent building to take a direct photo of the Petronas Twin Towers. The only regret is that the platform rewarded us with a two-hour late check-out time of 2:00 PM, but the landlord asked us to check out at 12:00 PM. After discussing the booking with the landlord, he suggested that we try to check out at 1:00 PM to leave some time for cleaning. We understood and agreed, but when we returned the room card at 12:55 PM, the landlord asked us to pay an additional 50 Malaysian ringgit. Although the landlord did not charge us after further communication, the process was not pleasant. The landlord should understand the rules of the booking platform and abide by them.

nice location but i wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. we checked in nearly midnight and the apartment was not to our standard at all . dirty pillows (yellow), linens covered with short black hair, no one remote was working, fridge smelled of mold. we contact the manager, they sent us cleaner but he couldn't do much to make it better. he cleaned the fridge with the spay and thats it. airconds need cleaning (strong smell of dust).

The room is so clean and location is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy. Good for family visit.

The service was poor. This is the 2nd visit to SABA Suite. The last time was 2024. The service was better then. The TV and washing machine were faulty, reported twice but nothing was done at all. Check-in facilities was not there, you need to call before they hand over the key to the apartment, compared to last year. Improvement need to be made. I love the location.

The check in process was OK. Overall the best especially the skydeck! Will stay here again next trip! :)

In the bedroom, the TV doesn't work, and the window doesn't come off - no fix. In the kitchen the not light is on and the extractor hood does not work. The bathroom pours warm water almost cold and the door doesn't work ! The front door does not open the first time. Floors in the bedroom are bloated! I can't rest ! You put dirty dishes with grease stains on them! There is a forest behind your TV and old tea in the teapot. 25 minutes down the elevator!
