The Azure Qiantang, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hangzhou

The hotel service was quite good, and the breakfast was delicious. We encountered an issue with the room facilities during our stay, but after I reported it, Winnie took charge immediately and listened attentively to my concerns. Her sincere attitude made it truly feel that the hotel values every guest's feedback. Putting the minor flaw aside, the service is very attentive and they are willing to actively improve. I would be happy to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with relatively new facilities. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a convenient and quick feature – thumbs up! The hotel is just across the road from the Qiantang River, offering excellent views. The breakfast buffet even had ice cream, which the kids especially loved! The dinner buffet was also great!

I chose the Luxury Collection Hotel, Hangzhou, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel for my weekend getaway in Hangzhou. The overall service was excellent, and I felt comfortable from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable with a well-thought-out layout, and the bed was very restful. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the design is very stylish. Julia was attentive and patient, always assisting with any requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. The overall quality was top-notch, and the service details were impeccable, making for a very relaxing stay.

The pervasive blue and white elements, the very rare ground-floor swimming pool, the room booked in advance that came with two complimentary night tour tickets, and the delicious rose tea offered in the lobby were all highlights.

As someone who's always favored five-star chains, I didn't initially think much of this hotel's rather long name. I just figured it would be convenient for watching the tide and being by the river, plus the room size was generous. Only when I arrived did I realize it's part of the Luxury Collection, a high-end brand under Marriott – a delightful surprise! The service attitude, room amenities, and extensive breakfast were all impeccable. The best part was having a Brompton bike available. A morning ride around West Lake is far better than any gym or pool! 👍 Highly recommend this stay.

This has got to be one of Marriott's best properties in Hangzhou. Yet, I found two cigarette burns right on the sofa from the previous guest??? With quality control this poor, I don't even need to compare it to competitors from other groups—can it even beat its sister brand, Fairfield? Such a waste of a great location.

I originally came to Hangzhou for a trip and chose this riverside hotel. I ended up taking so many photos in the hotel that I couldn't stop – every shot looked like it was straight out of a magazine. The river view from the room was absolutely stunning; the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the Qiantang River directly. In the evening, the sunset glow covered the river, and the night view was even more incredible. When the lights on the opposite bank turned on, I leaned by the window to take silhouette photos, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Ms. Vicky was very insightful. Seeing us with our cameras, she proactively told us which angles were best for photographing the river view and even recommended the riverside promenade downstairs, saying it was ideal for a walk and photos at sunset. She wasn't wrong; with the sunset and the river breeze, any pose looked great. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and a fantastic time taking pictures. I'll definitely come back next time and have already recommended it to my best friend.

I had to change hotels last minute during my trip to Hangzhou, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations. But I was blown away when I checked in – the Azure Hotel, a Luxury Collection, is truly amazing! Its location in Qianjiang New City is perfect, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Qiantang River. Waking up to the morning sun streaming in was incredibly relaxing. I particularly loved the staff's sense of appropriate service; Emma wasn't overly enthusiastic or constantly hovering, but she was always there when needed. That 'just right' level of service was truly comfortable.

Is the chair in the room coated in grime? The service attitude was also poor. When I went down for breakfast, the auntie kept rolling her eyes impatiently. It's so hot, and the air conditioning can't be adjusted. I've given feedback many times, but the hotel hasn't provided a solution. The indoor temperature is 28 degrees, it's even cooler outside.😅
