Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor

The entire hotel, including the front desk, lobby, buffet restaurant, guest rooms (and their interiors), and executive floors, was clean, tidy, and grand. All the staff were warm, attentive, and provided first-class service, making our stay extremely satisfying and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's direct connection to the shopping mall was incredibly convenient, with several children's play areas inside, which made our leisure trip very easy and stress-free.

Facilities: Relatively new with a high-tech feel. Service: Excellent, attentive service everywhere. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. The curry beef soup was especially flavorful!

Overall, the service was great. The location is excellent, and it's perfect for families with kids.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station. It was very convenient for visiting East China Normal University with my child. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the room facilities were complete. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant service was excellent. The room hygiene was good.

Every time I visit Shanghai, I always stay at this hotel. The location is great, making it easy to get around, and Global Harbor offers fantastic shopping and entertainment – it's one of the best malls in Shanghai.

The room was very satisfying, spacious, and had plenty of usable area. The dining was excellent; both the buffet breakfast and dinner were great, with a wide variety of ingredients. I even tried eight different flavors of crayfish, which was incredible. Compared to other hotels' buffet dinners, this one was truly impressive. The service was impeccable; all the housekeeping staff were very polite and responded promptly to any issues.

Facilities: The hotel has a heated swimming pool, 1.2m deep. It's not huge, but the water temperature is perfect, making it ideal for taking kids on a rainy day. Location: It's connected directly to Global Harbor, so we didn't even need an umbrella for our two-day stay. We spent a whole day at Partyday, and there are tons of food options at Global Harbor, which was incredibly convenient.

No need to elaborate on the location; on a rainy day, it's a mere 1-minute walk across the street from Jinshajiang Metro Station to the hotel. The quality of the interior speaks for itself. The breakfast is also beyond words, being a Hyatt property. For 99 yuan, you get to enjoy Japanese, English, and Chinese breakfast options. I'm very satisfied, especially loving the dragon fruit smoothie and hot black tea. The interior is very clean, but for a business hotel, it's surprising that there's only a round coffee table and no proper writing desk, making it inconvenient to charge a laptop.

The room was very spacious and clean, living up to Hyatt's reputation. I needed to check in early this time, and the hotel accommodated my request, which I really appreciate. Also, the hotel's coffee was excellent, highly recommend it!
