Excellent location, right in the heart of the business district and next to the subway station. Very convenient for transport.

This is my fourth time staying here. The hotel upgraded me to a super king room, which is perfect for families with kids. I love staying at this hotel because Global Harbor is right downstairs, so I don't even need to go outside; there's a seamless connection on the first floor. It's so convenient for entertaining the kids, dining, and drinking! This time, I felt the Executive Lounge wasn't as good as before. The evening dishes were quite mediocre; they used to have shrimp, and the hot dishes would change frequently. This time, there was also a limited variety of fruits, only pears and and apples. However, the hotel's buffet dinner on the seventh floor was pretty good, in the same location as breakfast. There were plenty of hot dishes and beverage options, and a wide variety of fruits. The only downside was the crayfish; it wasn't very tasty and the portions were small, which made them seem not very fresh. I wonder how it will be in October when the hairy crab season arrives~ The shower water in the room was very comfortable, but the bathtub equipment needs some maintenance; it had some issues. Overall, it was still good, but I hope the Executive Lounge can improve!

This hotel is an excellent choice, especially for those who appreciate fine dining and a classy atmosphere. It would be even better if they had self-service laundry facilities, so guests could extend their stay.

The Hyatt Regency Global Harbor boasts an excellent location, with direct access to three subway lines and Global Harbor, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel's breakfast buffet provides a wide variety of high-quality food, all meeting five-star standards. The service is excellent, with staff making every effort to assist and resolve any issues. Very satisfied.

We holed up in the hotel to eat and drink during the typhoon, and the Hyatt's location is truly incredibly convenient. The first floor leads directly to Global Harbor, with hundreds of restaurants to choose from – a real feast for the eyes, haha. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Emily, the lovely front desk staff, who informed us about all the hotel's facilities and services, which was very thoughtful. While enjoying some food and drinks at the executive lounge, we also met Ms. Wang, the Guest of Honor Manager, and had a delightful conversation, sharing pleasantries and making us feel very welcome. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied; it definitely meets five-star standards!

Room type: City view King Room (Hyatt King Room upgrade) Stay type: Family trip Almost every time I bring my kids to Shanghai, we stay at the Hyatt Regency Global Harbor. I've stayed twice this month alone, and both times were very satisfying. 1. **Excellent Location:** The hotel is located right next to Jinshajiang Road Metro Station. It's a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Line 13 and Exit 2 of Lines 3/4. This makes transportation to Hongqiao Hub, Shanghai Railway Station, and Shanghai South Railway Station very convenient. The hotel also has direct access to Global Harbor Shopping Mall on the first floor, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. 2. **Satisfactory Facilities:** The hotel's public areas and in-room facilities are generally good. Although the hotel has been open for many years, it's well-maintained and even comes with a Bose Bluetooth speaker. 3. **Room Upgrade:** The front desk upgraded us to a city view room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view, and on clear days, you can even see the 'Shanghai Three-Piece Suit' (the three iconic skyscrapers) in Pudong. 4. **Great Gym and Pool:** The gym and pool areas are very nice, and they even have a hot tub and a dry sauna.

Overall, it's pretty good. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and the room hygiene was impeccable. The high floor offered a great view from the window, and direct access to the mall was super convenient.

The entire hotel, including the front desk, lobby, buffet restaurant, guest rooms (and their interiors), and executive floors, was clean, tidy, and grand. All the staff were warm, attentive, and provided first-class service, making our stay extremely satisfying and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's direct connection to the shopping mall was incredibly convenient, with several children's play areas inside, which made our leisure trip very easy and stress-free.

The hotel is right by Global Harbor, which is super convenient for dining and shopping as soon as you step out. The room was quite comfortable, perfect for business trips or travel. There are lots of great food options around, and I'd definitely stay here again!
