not too bad, but the swimming poor is under renovation when we booking. And no any further information notify that.

Room is clean but quite small. Location is a bit off city center and not a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Good location and good stay, newly renovated rooms. Service was mediocre, with missed housekeeping on one of the day, and had to ask for one late night. Didn’t get any response back from the duty manager either.  Water refilling station by the lobby is retarded, too slow and inconvenient.  Breakfast can be done better outside. Avoid.  Soundproofing of the door is not good, sounds along the corridor can be heard. Airconditioning, bedding, pillows, and amenities were rather good.

I was staying for 4 nights. The room was clean and tidy. Near with the city, Swan River and Perth Mint and bus stop. I got beautiful views from my room. Just 5 minutes walk go to Indonesian restaurant. The members staff are friendly and helpful but if you need water you should asked them.

Very nice and clean hotel in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby at a walkable distance. Recommend 👍

Fabulous stay bed was so comfortable and the view was great. Bathroom was gorgeous design and the shower was strong

From the moment we handed our car over to the valet, we felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and effortless. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented—it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority. The facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained and of a very high standard. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. We were warmly greeted, shown around the buffet, and escorted to our table. The buffet offered a great selection of quality food, and the exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. When it was time to leave, the concierge promptly brought our car around with the same friendly and professional attitude we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Pan Pacific Perth to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience.

the hotel is located near cbd but will need to take a bus or walk about 15-20mins. it is near swan river.
