Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay

Very nice hotel the room was nice. The bathroom was nice. The only issue that I had is the safe wouldn’t open and they dealt with that in minutes. Sadly, I didn’t make any pictures of the hotel but the amenities nearby were terrific. Enclosed are some photos of things that I walked to.

The room attendant is very friendly. Guest services executive,Ms. Salahudin is also very helpful in picking the room as high as possible such that we can see farther from the room. The river view outside the hotel is very nice although there is a construction site opposite to the river. The hotel is easily accessible from Exit B of the MRT station (NE5). The shopping centre called The Central is just a stone's throw.

The hotel's location is very convenient, which is why I've chosen it many times. But this time the hot water temperature on the floor was inconsistent.

From the moment we arrived at the Paradox Merchant Court Singapore, our stay was defined by an exceptional level of service, thanks primarily to Aden at the front office. His warm and genuine welcome was a breath of fresh air after a long journey. He handled our check-in with remarkable efficiency, all while engaging in friendly conversation that made us feel instantly valued. Aden’s professionalism was truly standout. He patiently answered all our questions about dining and hotel facilities. Indeed, he was offering insightful recommendations that greatly enhanced our trip. Aden is a tremendous asset to the Paradox team. His superior customer service transformed a simple hotel stay into a memorable and personalised experience. Meanwhile, the other hotel front office staff like Ani and Concierge staff were all very friendly. The front office staff were exceptional—warm, professional, and always ready to help. We were greeted with genuine smiles and efficient service. The way of handling our requests quickly made us feel truly welcomed. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes set the tone for a great experience. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will certainly be returning, hoping to have the pleasure of being greeted by their impeccable hospitality once again.

Another wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel! I finally had the chance to fully enjoy their excellent Technogym-equipped fitness center due to the rainy weather. It's spacious and well-organized, with a great selection of equipment: treadmills, pin-loaded machines, a full free weights area, and a dedicated upper floor for bikes and ellipticals. It was a perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. As always, the breakfast was exceptional—a consistently great way to start the day. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for return visits.
