Really love the location of the hotel, it’s a pedestrian street so it’s not too bustling but also easy to travel because it is only 2km away from west lake

The room was nice, clean, and hygienic. Downstairs is the cultural district's pedestrian street, making dining very convenient. It's also very close to West Lake. If you go downstairs and turn left, walking past two traffic lights brings you to a food street. Getting to West Lake is just a short taxi ride, basically the starting fare.

The hotel is really nice, the room is clean and the service is very good! There is Hefang street nearby which is nice talk walk by. The metro line 1 is also very close as other transportation. The lake is not far as well.

The hotel has a great location, very close to 河坊街 (Hefang Street), which is convenient for exploring the area and finding food. However, the room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its smoke-free environment and room ventilation. The location is definitely a plus, but the smoking smell was a major downside.

The hotel's location is super convenient; we were able to start sightseeing in Hangzhou right after stepping out. There are also plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
