The location is excellent, right across from Central Mall. It's visible as soon as you exit Metro Line 14 at Xinjiekou Station. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, and it's super convenient for getting to various attractions. The room was clean, and all the facilities were complete, which was really handy. A very satisfying stay. We arrived quite late, but the hotel had kindly held our room for us. It was on a high floor with a great location. There's not much to do in Nanjing at night, the city center is pretty dark. I didn't make it to breakfast, couldn't get up in time. The hotel has a gym, and there's also a billiard room and escape room, though these are extra. Even though it's in the city center, it felt very relaxing, almost like a vacation. A really good hotel.

On a sweltering summer day, they even thoughtfully provided us with refreshing orange juice, grape juice, and desserts. There's a convenient car park on basement level two, which is free for hotel guests. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff were all very welcoming. I'll definitely choose Novotel Nanjing Xinjiekou again next time and will recommend it to my friends.
