Room had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .

A fabulous hotel at the entrance of San Miguel. The location is great, although is not right at the center of the city it turned out to be better for us (you avoid the noise of the fireworks all night long). The rooms where clean, spacious and with a beautiful style. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is amazing. But! The Jewel of our stay was the hotel itself, is decorated in such an exquisite way! It looks like an antique store, full of details and beautiful objects! Will definitely stay again here in my next visit to San Miguel de Allende.

強烈推薦這家酒店，看到San Miguel這酒店比較少有圖片返圖，但是這家酒店真的好漂亮，非常想跟大家分享一下，作為入住參考。 剛踏進 Hacienda El Santuario 的那一刻，就覺得這不衹是一家酒店，更像是走進了一座活着的民俗博物館，聽説裏面有超過1000件墨西哥民俗文化展品。 前台非常用心，一入住就讓我挑選他們自己做的 手工肥皂，每塊都很漂亮，聞起來都是天然的香氣。隨後阿媽奉上的歡迎飲品清爽又貼心，有番石榴、鳳梨百香果和煉奶可以選，都是酒店自己做的，讓人瞬間卸下了旅途的疲憊。晚上回到酒店，還能拿到免費的雞尾酒券，去他們帶壁畫的酒吧小坐，調酒師很熱情，氛圍很放鬆。 房間和照片完全一樣，沒有任何落差。高聳的磚拱頂，搭配温暖的燈光，既有歷史感又舒適。推開窗門，就能看到庭院裏的綠植與花朵。每個房間都不一樣，都各有特色，所以可能有概率入住自己戳不到自己審美的房間喲。前台小姐姐親切地給我們展示了兩間房間讓我們選，我比較喜歡陽光充足的房間，就選了這間，真的是太美了。而且房間處處透露着用心，真的愛了（ps我選的房間離大堂比較近，早上會有點吵哦。） 整個酒店非常大，隨便走一走都像在探訪展館。牆上、走廊裏陳列着各種墨西哥民間藝術品和手工裝飾，處處都有故事，真的就像在民俗博物館裏過夜。 酒店裡的工作人員都非常的友好，積極提供幫助。本來看看到谷歌有一些不太好的評論是有點猶豫的，但是我自己入住了之後感覺物超所值，真的是一家非常用心經營的小酒店，衹有34間房間，但是酒店的佈置還有規模真的是可以看一個下午。 位置上也是不要太方便，門口走3分鐘就是正中心的教堂，基本上網紅點都是步行可達。

I was worried because I saw some reviews on Google saying there were bed bugs, but there weren't any in the room I stayed in. Considering the low price, the entire hotel was very clean, and they provided free water and a coffee machine with a wide selection, so I was very satisfied. Although it is far from the city center, the town itself is small so it's not too far and it's easy to get around using Uber. I would definitely stay here again if I come to San Miguel de Allende again.

The hotel is located in a excellent location on two streets from the centre of San Miguel de Allende. All the super friendly staff, for travel questions we arrived 2 hours before check-in and without problems received us and allowed us to take care of the room from before. Another great surprise is that we book for a simple room for two people but when we receive our room we take the surprise that the room included a second wedding bed and also a private bathroom and terrace (it must be said we were in the low season and perhaps because they offered us a larger room) yet it was a good surprise that you are grateful. The small details that I would put to you are that: the parking is complicated, you have to get to the hotel or mark before and warn you that the valet will pick up the car and if it takes a little while and you have to stop momentarily on the street and it is a street very small and transited and quickly makes a chaos on the street; then to take that into account. The second is that I commented: the tin is in a private part of the room but outdoor so it was a little terrific and not very clean, but well understands that the air is complicated. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff was welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small note is that the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Resort hotel, some distance from the city, halfway up the mountain, you can see the scenery of the city and the lake. The small environment is great and the room facilities are available. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have a hand shower.

The room is very general, on the mountain, there are a lot of scenery on foot, but tired enough, the sound insulation is very bad, the restaurant is more busy. The viewing platform is good and the scenery is good.

There is a door between the room and the room. It is said that the family can open it, but the door is not soundproof and very noisy. The window can't be closed after the end. Although it is on the third floor, it can climb high when it encounters ruthlessness. Anyway, I don't think it's safe.

Room had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very cozy, making them comfortable and inviting. Everything was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which I truly appreciated. The hotel has a lovely rustic design that creates a warm and charming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only minor inconvenience was that the parking lot is located a bit far from the hotel. While this isn’t necessarily a negative aspect, it can be a bit troublesome, particularly when it’s raining. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
