"The best location on Isla Mujeres. It is also a relatively large hotel on the island. The front desk service is very good. The room has been upgraded. It has a large space and a suite with a front view of the sea. The hotel's exclusive beach is across the road but very close. The texture is fine and white, and the waves are not big. It is very suitable for swimming and the experience is great!"

"This hotel is located away from the city center, offering a beautiful view and is very comfortable, with a pool and parking, situated in the most picturesque part of the island. The beach is just across the way, although it's not ideal for swimming due to many rocks. The facilities could use some maintenance, but these are just minor details. I still recommend it. The service staff is very friendly, and it feels very safe. Mayaquita, a fantastic place to eat, is right on the corner."

"We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The poolside room with a view of the ocean was superb. The rooms were lovely and had everything needed for a comfortable stay The staff were extremely helpful when booking a tour to Chichen Itza and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. It’s a lovely relaxed place 10 minutes by taxi from downtown. I had a great stay, but travelled with the wrong person unfortunately. So I’d love to come back and make it the perfect stay next time. "

"It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!"

"Great experience, very well organized and constantly kept clean and tidy by the staff. I would highly recommend it also for the convenience of all the services and the structure in general! The kitchen is large and well equipped, there is a library, an area to work, a more easy area with tables and chairs, the pool is inside there is also a bar restaurant, a beautiful open platform overlooking the sea, the diving school and a massage center. The rooms and beds are a bit dated, but everything seemed clean to me. You can rent a towel and a deposit is required for the key. Unfortunately, due to my carelessness, I left my yoga mat unattended and it was stolen ... On the last day I no longer found my food bag in the fridge even though my name was on it. I hope it is an isolated case."
