⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay at Grand Hyatt Residence Shanghai! The location is superb, right in the heart of Lujiazui, with direct access to IFC Mall and the subway, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, and high-quality bathroom amenities. It was also very quiet and soundproof. The service was professional and attentive, with discreet and thoughtful concierge staff. The high-floor views were unbeatable, overlooking the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center) and the river. The pool and gym were also top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Every time I bring my kids to Shanghai, I choose this place. Highly recommend!

Booked this hotel in Lujiazui in advance for Chinese New Year, specifically for its three-bedroom layout, perfect for a family stay. You check in on the ground floor, then take the elevator to the third floor to reach the rooms. The hallway offers a partial view of the river, and our three-bedroom suite boasted views of Lujiazui's iconic 'three-piece set' (referring to the three famous skyscrapers). While the bedrooms were a bit compact, the layout with three bathrooms and a walk-in closet was quite good. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were well-equipped with tableware, which was very convenient. My only minor disappointment was the slightly off-putting smell in the room.
