Chimelong Penguin Hotel

Choosing the Penguin Hotel truly made our Zhuhai trip incredibly easy. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's not only close to the Ocean Kingdom but also offers a free shuttle bus to the Spaceship Theme Park, just a few minutes away. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The lobby is filled with childlike charm, and the giant penguin sculpture is particularly eye-catching. Check-in was smooth, and the staff even upgraded our tickets for the Kaka Tiger Theater. The room amenities were complete and thoughtful, with the entire room themed around emperor penguin cartoons. When I showed photos to my daughter, she was very envious and said she wants to come next time too. The WiFi coverage was extensive and consistently smooth. The Emperor Penguin Buffet had a rich variety of dishes. The hotel has also thought of everything around the property. On our way back after watching the fireworks, we passed a square where many women were interacting and playing games with children. There's also the Kaka Paradise, where kids can play all day, and for guests dining there, they even provide access to a platform to watch the fireworks. During this time, they thoughtfully covered unfinished meals for guests, so we had no worries at all throughout our stay. We spent three wonderful days and two nights here.

Staying at the Penguin Hotel was incredibly convenient! Check-in was a breeze, and right outside was the Penguin Restaurant with a huge variety of dishes – both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel is also super close to Chimelong, and we even got in an hour earlier, which was amazing fun. The NPCs were all so friendly and we played lots of mini-games. I had an absolutely fantastic time!

The hotel's location is convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk from Zhuhai Chimelong Station. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room. The room was quiet and clean, and the decor was adorable. The hotel is very close to the park, and right out of the hotel elevator, you can find the buffet and restaurant, where you can even see cute penguins! The weather was fantastic too!

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, with an exclusive path for direct access. There's also a free shuttle bus straight to the Spaceship Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. The checkout process is a breeze too – just drop your key card in the express box, no waiting in line. The parking lot is easy to navigate with plenty of spaces, and the staff's guidance is clear and precise, making the whole experience hassle-free. Upon entering, three adorable giant penguin sculptures immediately caught everyone's eye, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. The hotel has a relaxed and cheerful vibe, and the staff are enthusiastic throughout. Both check-in and check-out are quick and easy, with no unnecessary waiting. The front desk staff during check-in were warm, professional, and super efficient. The concierge even offers free luggage storage, which is a thoughtful touch. Our butler was exceptionally attentive, sending daily updates on park information and weather, which was practical and timely, making our trip planning much smoother. This made our entire trip worry-free and easy, truly feeling like a home away from home. I have to say, choosing the Chimelong Penguin Hotel in Zhuhai was truly the smartest decision for this trip!

Check-in was super fast, and they even gave a little gift to my child. There was a welcome performance right outside the entrance. We also happened to catch a birthday party in the evening and got some cake! I've included a random photo from the many we took. The hotel provides kids' disposable slippers (the yellow ones are cute and thick, good quality!), disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes, and even bed rails. So thoughtful!

Chimelong Penguin Hotel is an excellent choice for a family trip. The immersive penguin theme kept the kids incredibly excited, with great attention to detail. The biggest highlight is being able to dine while watching real penguins play, which is a truly unique experience. The hotel has direct access to Ocean Kingdom, and the exclusive通道 (passageway) makes visiting with kids incredibly easy, allowing you to return to your room for a rest anytime you like – truly offering 'freedom to play and rest.' Although it can get crowded during peak season and the soundproofing is just average, the energy saved and the happy memories created for families make it completely worthwhile. 3 days and 2 nights unlimited fun at Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom: Excellent
