We enjoyed an incredible stay at the Swiss Grand in Xiamen. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of Gulangyu from the bedroom. It is also within walking distance of Zhongshan Lu where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The 25 metre pool is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious, offering a innovative interpretations of traditional dishes. While the staff are helpful and courteous, there is a lot of room for improvement. In particular, I asked for help to get the ferry schedule and ferry tickets to Gulangyu and was told to go to the ferry terminal.

The hotel is in good location on the river.
Very clean and comfortable with good restaurant.
I left my phone in taxi and the staff reviewed the CCTV to find the company and taxi number and hit my phone back in just over an hour. Great customer service!!

We booked a room with seaview. Overall our stay was good except the room was a bit stuffy and the ventilation is poor.
