3-Star Hotels in Belize District, Belize

The hotel is currently being massively expanded. The new bits of the hotel, including a new pool and a new restaurant, as well as many new rooms, should open in November 2026. So, it and its facilities will soon be very different from the hotel in which I stayed, That hotel had lovely staff. They were kind, efficient, welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a comfortable, modern room in ”the Tower”. This is the first part of the hotel's expansion and has already been completed, so the new rooms will probably resemble the one in which I stayed.

The overall accommodation experience is quite good. The room is spacious, clean and very high, the bed is comfortable, and the rest quality is very good. The facilities in the museum are perfect, easy to use, and the overall maintenance is in good condition. The service staff was kind and responsive, and it was very reassuring during the stay and stay. The location is a big advantage, very close to the domestic airport, within walking distance, it is quite convenient for passengers with a flight itinerary. At the same time, the surrounding environment is quiet and will not be disturbed too much. Overall, it is a convenient and comfortable accommodation choice, it is recommended.

Nice modern hotel in the middle of the island, you can walk to anywhere in the small island, ferry just couple blocks away. there's a roof top swimming pool area where you can view sunrise and sunset, no complaint

The room facilities are acceptable. When we lived, the air conditioner was broken. The boss changed the opposite room for us and helped us with our luggage. But it was still inconvenient to change the room after all. Therefore, I lost a bottle of newly bought makeup remover. Although it is mainly my own responsibility, no wonder others. It was caused by changing rooms.

Good location within walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Serve simple continental breakfast with coffee and tea. Good enough for business travel with limited budget.

It was a good stay overall. My only negative feedback was loud construction noise that occurred from 8 am to 5 pm daily due to the building renovations and expansions.

The hotel was expensive for what it offered. The shampoo and conditioner were not usable and very smelly. The lamp had mold on it. Bathroom tiles were broken.

The room is well-equipped, the environment is very good, the hygiene is very clean, and the service attitude is particularly good. Here I want to thank Ctrip the most. The first hotel we booked was not accepted by the hotel. Later, Ctrip went all out to help us coordinate and changed us to a very good hotel. All the price difference was borne by Ctrip. I am very grateful to the service staff of Ctrip platform and give a thumbs up for their enthusiastic and thoughtful service. I hope that Ctrip platform will become better and better. Thank you again for their enthusiastic service!

Everything was great only thing was the rooftop was not open

房間寬敞比較乾淨，但是客房打掃不及時。屋頂露台可以遠觀海景，放鬆一下不錯。該島海灘邊全是堆積的發臭海藻無法游泳除非去島北邊的沙灘（實際海水也一般），最好還是出海玩。島上淡水全由貨車送水且由水塔儲存，該酒店水用後有一種滑膩感，試過兩種肥皂兩種洗手液均如此，我在島上其他酒店也住過沒有發現水有這種情況。估計是送水公司造成的不同吧。總而言之硬件可以，但是性價比不高。
