Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Staff were lovely however the hotel has seen better days. The rooms were noisy and the tap in one of the rooms was making sounds all night making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast also had a lot to be desired. The beds were clean though so passible for one night if no other places are available.

Excellent all round! Breakfast area can be crowded since the restaurant itself is small but the food is great, many selection of white/fried rice/noodle and many dessert options and fruit.
Room is cleaned and towel changed daily. 10/10 would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Xiao Li at the front desk was enthusiastic and sent hot milk at night. The sound insulation is slightly weaker, but cost-effective. I will choose here next time I travel, recommended!

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

EEdan1285Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

GGuest UserThis stay completely redefined my understanding of hotel service! From the moment I entered the lobby, the front desk lady greeted me with a warm smile. During check-in, she proactively asked if I needed a quiet room and thoughtfully offered a hot towel and welcome fruit. The room was homely and cozy, with soft bedding and pillows of varying heights.
What touched me most was the next morning, when I accidentally overslept for breakfast and was feeling frustrated, the waiter knocked on my door and delivered a packed breakfast, saying, ”Since you slept late last night, I left this for you.” When I checked out, the bellhop helped me take my luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to be safe on my way back.
The attention to detail shows genuine care. This kind of service makes it hard to leave. I'll definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent stay. I highly recommend the hotel's service!
Efficiency: The front desk clerk responded quickly, completing check-in and check-out within 5 minutes, and was courteous and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Room Quality: The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete amenities (safe, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.). The bedding and toiletries were high-quality.
Detailed Service: Complimentary mineral water and snacks were replenished daily, and they proactively asked if bath towels needed changing. During nighttime service, they thoughtfully closed the curtains and provided slippers.
Special Needs: As we were traveling with an elderly family, we contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a room on a lower floor, which was already equipped with anti-slip flooring upon arrival.

ИИгорь БушинBefore that I stayed at Freddy's, which is top class in comparison. We booked a cottage, above all praise. The place is beautiful, well-groomed, clean. The bed is huge, comfortable, gigantic bathroom with everything that should be there. The staff is top notch, the food is excellent and varied. Pizza, fries, etc., plus local dishes for every taste. The administrator resolved all issues, such as changing dollars when exchangers were not working (Chinese New Year), organizing a taxi for the ferry, buying tickets for the ferry, renting a scooter, etc. One thing lets me down: the sea is not very swimmable, shallow and the bottom is so-so, but the beauty of the place outshines everything and the scooter solves all problems.
