This is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

pharmacistoffdutyThe hotel is just opposite the Milano central and the bus station to airport. Very very convenient. Hotel is clean, may hear passerby or vehicles noise from room. Not for light sleeper. Room is pretty spacious, which is good for us to open our luggages for packing.. there is elevator (small and old) but saves us from carrying our luggages up the stairs. Overall, a good experience!

This hotel is really close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a small snack when we checked out. For the price, we thought it was a great deal! My only slight disappointment was that we left something in the room after checking out and tried to contact the hotel three times, but never heard back. I hope they can improve on that.

Sandy PoohThe location itself is convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience didnât match the price point. At checkâin, the staff was friendly and warm â and that was honestly the best part of the stay. The property is more like an Airbnb with no reception. The staff provided us basic information through WhatsApp. Although the name hotel is misleading and the Airbnb type style is not what we expected, the arrangement works fine with us.
The room felt dated and didnât give the impression of being properly clean. Even small details, like the towels, were disappointing; they didnât seem fully dry and the quality was lacking.
Breakfast was another letdown. We werenât aware beforehand that it wasnât served onâsite but instead at a cafĂ© about a fourâminute walk away. While this might be fine on a sunny morning, during our stay it was raining in Como, and having to go outside just to get breakfast was far from ideal.
Overall, Convo Lake Como feels overpriced for what it offers. Between the dated rooms, lack of onâsite breakfast, and underwhelming amenities, I believe there are better choices in the area that provide more comfort and value for the same or even lower cost.

Location: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this âtorre hotelâ. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first.
Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit.
Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in .
Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and âeconomicâ version of âtorre hotelâ. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep.
Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door đ this is the first time i felt so illegal đ„č its freaking back door đ„Č
Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs.
Staff: they all friendly, no worries.
Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

Mixed experience â good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff.
We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotelâs location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache.
When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier â even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didnât help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room.
On top of that, the toilet bowl wasnât properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant.
We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members.
Unfortunately, we wouldnât stay here again.

Guest UserI wasnât a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesnât stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since itâs covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. Thereâs a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they donât stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when theyâve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so itâs best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time ïżŒ

Guest UserThe apartment left a really good impression, located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Convenient self check-in. It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. We took the tram to the city center, and the metro station was a bit further away. Definitely recommend it. We'll stay here again next time.
