The service staff are very good. But it is under renovation, and there is a lidl nearby. It is very convenient to buy food and daily necessities. There is also a bus stop at the door, which is convenient for going to the old city.

This hotel is really close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a small snack when we checked out. For the price, we thought it was a great deal! My only slight disappointment was that we left something in the room after checking out and tried to contact the hotel three times, but never heard back. I hope they can improve on that.
Room are very small , no place to walk for 2 luggage as per picture .
Pillow very thin, toilet door no lock , main door hard to open/close need push harder. Window a bit dirty from outside .
Cabinet not enough hanger, ask for extra gv only 1 đ.
Room cleanest is good .
Distance slight far from location city Centre , walk about 30min .

The location is absolutely fantastic, less than 1 min walk from metro line 2 and less than 5 minutes walk to centrale FS. The room is clean and the toilet looks like newly renovated (seems like I canât upload videos here! I have a roomtour video). If you are here to transit, I think this is a good choice! Just a heads up - the soundproof of the room is extremely poor, so itâs not a good choice for those light sleepers. No body shampoo but soap and good quality hair shampoo is provided.
Overall, Iâm satisfied as Iâm here for one night only. The front desk guy is so nice, he greeted me in my country language when I checked out in the morning. Italy is my favourite country now ;)
P/s: thereâs a very nice cafe nearby that operates early in the morning, very enthusiastic owner!
A perfect place for people who have a car, you can find the hotel easily and go to the natural beauty nearby, excellent service, nice staff and varieties of food in breakfast. Awesome place!
This hotel is the best one of the seven hotels I have to change in this European trip. Whether it is small details or intimate service to guests, it is far more than other four-star hotels I have stayed in before.
When I checked in, because the time was too early and the room had not been cleaned, the hotel counter staff took me to the dining room and entertained me with a cup of hot tea and my own baked biscuits. Looking at the sea view outside the window, drinking hot tea is great!
When I checked in, the hotel staff told me that the flowers on the table were for me, and when I checked out, I also prepared a small cake cookie that I baked for me to take away.
Because I needed to check out very early the next day, I told the counter staff about this situation, and he also tried to help me arrange the breakfast that originally started at 7:30 in the morning, so that I could enjoy it at 7 o'clock. I was really touched! The restaurant staff was very polite to introduce every food, pie and cake were also baked at home. This hotel is really great, it is recommended to live if you have the opportunity!
This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. From the small details to the thoughtful service, it surpasses all the other four-star hotels I've stayed at.
When I checked in, it was too early, and my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff kindly took me to the dining area and offered me a cup of hot tea and some homemade cookies. Enjoying the sea view while sipping my tea was truly wonderful!
During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me.
Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
AAladanshendanThis hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient â it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional.
AAnonymous UserLocation: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this âtorre hotelâ. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first.
Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit.
Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in .
Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and âeconomicâ version of âtorre hotelâ. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep.
Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door đ this is the first time i felt so illegal đ„č its freaking back door đ„Č
Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs.
Staff: they all friendly, no worries.
Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.
TTAVUROVA SHUKUFAHotel is so nice. Stuff are so kind and helpful. Have free coffee, milk and tea in reception. Room is so big and convenient. Hotel located in heart of Milanđ
GGuest UserI wasnât a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesnât stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since itâs covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. Thereâs a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they donât stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when theyâve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so itâs best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time ïżŒ
GGuest UserThe apartment left a really good impression, located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Convenient self check-in. It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. We took the tram to the city center, and the metro station was a bit further away. Definitely recommend it. We'll stay here again next time.
AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesnât feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you donât plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.

KKkkkkk_My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there itâs only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station.
To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where youâll find the hotel reception desk.
Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM â perfect for picking up anything you need.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly.
My room was very comfortable â equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view.
On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for âŹ15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00.
A huge thank you to all the hotel staff â such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.
