Everywhere was so crowded during the Milan Winter Olympics. This hotel is Chinese-owned, and a friendly lady at the front desk checked me in. The hotel is a bit old, with an old-fashioned elevator. However, its biggest advantage is its fantastic location. There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the train and metro stations, and just 1 minute to the airport shuttle stop.
Good place.
Nice service
Big rooms and we'll equipped.
A bit hard to find, the entrance at the moment is hidden behind temporary wal as some construction is
Taking place there.
The service staff are very good. But it is under renovation, and there is a lidl nearby. It is very convenient to buy food and daily necessities. There is also a bus stop at the door, which is convenient for going to the old city.
Trotzdem danke!

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!
First time staying in a B&B, and it totally exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Check-in was smooth, and the room was very tidy. Since I was on a long business trip, I specifically looked for a B&B with a washing machine. The closet even had plenty of hangers, so I ended up washing everything, haha! Unfortunately, my little milk pot's lid broke, so I had to sadly throw it away (I don't have other pictures, just look at the background briefly; the bed was very clean and even had a latex pillow).
Very satisfied with a stay experience! The room was very clean, warmly furnished, well-equipped, very convenient and comfortable to live, next to a large shopping mall, there was everything to eat and drink, and there was a big supermarket. Outside is the park, go to the convention and exhibition center for two subway stations. The landlord was very enthusiastic, responded quickly to the message, and gave us a lot of help. I will come again if I have a chance in the future, highly recommended!

comfortable stay and convenient location, 5-10mins to metro station. small breakfast area but there are plenty of options for the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended and would come back if i am visiting Milano again :))
The hotel is right by the lake, the hotel is quite large, and the garbage of the last guest in the bathroom forgot to clean up.

AAnonymous UserLocation: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first.
Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit.
Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in .
Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep.
Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲
Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs.
Staff: they all friendly, no worries.
Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.
IIURIIPSuccessful location two steps from the station. Exceptional cleanliness everywhere! Common kitchen: you can cook or heat something. From the downsides - as already written here: It is not clear why it is impossible to send the codes in advance on the day of the check-in, if the foreigner asks, as not everyone has at the time of the settlement roaming or WI-FI. Requests for e-mail and SMS were ignored. It is necessary to call - standing in front of the door.
DD.HKthe hotel is walking distance to the train station for Milan Central station and connected to the terminal 1 via free airport shuttle bus (big plus considering that most of the other hotels nearby will charge and a lot just for the shuttle service from and to the terminals despite the short distance). I find it an excellent alternative to the Shetaton - even if I fly from terminal 1 and Moxy is located at terminal 2 - as it is much more reasonably priced yet very clean and nicely decorated, with helpful staff and smooth operations. The only downside for me is that the power plugs are recessed so you need to make sure that your adapter is slim enough so to reach the plug and be able to work. I know that this kind of plugs is used for safety issues but still not being able to use your device because of this can be annoying (staff tried to help but unfortunately they didn’t have spare adapters available at that time). I will definitely stay again in future, just remember to bring the correct adapter with me (in the room there is usb plug anyway if you need it).
GGuest UserThe service at reception was very friendly. We were offered an upgrade on site for €15/night, which meant we were in a renovated room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. We can't say anything against the room facilities, but we didn't have WiFi reception in the room. The room service was mediocre, we had to make our own bed two days in a row. The outdoor area is definitely in need of renovation and is only impressive because of the view. However, the numerous parking options and the location (10-15 minutes walk to the center, but there is also a shuttle for €1.5 per person, each trip) are positive points.
The breakfast was OK, unfortunately there was little choice for vegetarians and the large hall and the noise reminded us of a canteen. We preferred to have dinner in the city, which would have cost €22 per person in the hotel.
Overall, solid for a 3-star hotel, great view but a big minus point: no WiFi!
GGuest UserEasy to access, close to the highway. Modest hotel but with all the amenities, private bathroom (shower) with hot water, toothbrush, fridge. Housed in the outbuildings, very quiet location. Decent breakfast. No restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Free parking. Very competitive price. I will come back.
HHisakazu FujitaI booked and stayed at this hotel near Marpensa Airport because the departure flight was early. It was good that there was a free airport shuttle service, but I had to walk on a relatively busy road from the nearest station, and there should be a restaurant but it is not open. There was no restaurant nearby, so I had to walk on the road with many cars for about 30 minutes to go to dinner, and it was a minus point that there was no refrigerator in the room.
