3-Star Hotels in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

We only had one night at the Aruba hotel, traveling through the area without a car. Arriving by a car would be a lot easier, but maybe another time. The straff gave us good service and a feeling of being welcome - extra point to the nice receptionist giving us help with taxi booking!

Plus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Booking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place. We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires. Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere. Pros: - quick check-in - free parking - clean room - easy check-out - the receptionist is always available - convenient location

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Wonderful hotel! Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions. The room has a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, and TV. No problems with hot water (just follow the instructions and don't turn off the boiler!). We had a wonderful mountain view from our balcony (room 5, 1st floor). Our room was slightly 'outdated,' but generally clean and tidy – we understood that not all rooms have been renovated yet, as the restaurant and reception area are super well-renovated and designed (our friends also had fully renovated rooms on the -1st floor, which were really beautiful!). If you need a beach towel, they'll give you one at reception. The breakfasts are very tasty and quite varied! The location is also excellent: about a 10-minute walk to the promenade and Old Town, a leisurely 20-minute walk to Mogren 2 beach, and about a 40-minute walk to Becici. There's a bakery, shops, banks, and bus stops near the hotel. All in all, highly recommended!!!

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.

Excellent apartments, large, comfortable, very comfortable bed, clean every day like a hotel, towels change 2 times a day. Excellent location, opposite the supermarket, near the cafe, bakery, restaurants, up to the sea 15 minutes walk slowly. And super hostess Seca, who is always ready to come for help. I recommend it all 100%

We enjoyed the location, traveled by car and the apartments for this were perfect. A convenient exit to the main road, an indoor garage, where there are always free spaces. And overall location in the center of all sights. To the Light of Stefan you can reach on foot (about 40 minutes), to Budva (old city) about 1 hour on the embankment. In the room everything is quite simple, but everything is) The girl the administrator set us up earlier, as the room was ready for settlement already at 10 a.m. (instead of 15:00), everything showed, told, immediately registered in the system, sent a photo of registration. Thanks to her for the warm reception, we remained very happy. From the downsides, it is only to update the dishes (the pillows are old and the covering is all teared, on such one it is impossible to cook anymore. The plates require or replace or careful washing in the dishwasher). In October there was a very nice price for accommodation. Recommended! Montenegro is a pleasant visual country, everything was very liked!
