They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. A comfortable and clean place for solo travelers. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. While the amenities are quite simple, the overall value for money is still great. I’d definitely stay here again for a short trip.

It is in the center. The room is simple with convenience(shower in the room). It's all simple and clean. If you want silence, it won't be. On the first floor bar, where they sing until 12:00 a.m. But it didn't stress me. Very cool hostess Phili, cheerful, treated me warmly. Fed, gave small presents. Sometimes took me to the beaches.

I had a good time at Casavia Siargao. The location is ideal if you want to surf at Cloud9: you can walk there in 5 minutes, and it's much quieter than General Luna but still close enough if you want to spend the night eating/partying there. The private room was pretty nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some love, but still it was ok. The staff is nice and always willing to help, and the hostel has several social nights organised via a Whatsapp group. While I didn't take part in those events, it's a convenient way to meet other travellers. My only remark was about the noise: my room was facing the upstairs social area and, despite the signs specifying the quiet time (22pm onwards) and also a 500PHP fine for people not respecting it, every night I had people making phone calls, playing the guitar or shouting loudly after midnight (or later) in front of my room and there was nobody around to remind to keep the voice down. That was annoying.

The staff were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Service was very good. For meals, I ate all kinds of smoothie bowls, but acai was the most delicious. The room was nice and clean, but I wish there was a way to prevent insects from coming. There were many mosquitoes and flies.
