Basically, the locals will come to have a picnic or something. After some inquiring, the Galang Palace seems to be undergoing repairs and cannot be visited for the time being. This section of the road is also being repaired. When returning, it was blocked by an excavator for almost 2 hours (because the driver stopped the car in the middle of the road and went to eat). [Facepalm], we were lucky to have an enthusiastic truck driver help get the excavator back and let us pass.
