A column, beautiful but not a must see,at least in my opinion.You can take a few pictures of it on the go.Placed in a large crossroads close to central station. It inspired me an Egyptian obelisk.

The construction of this monument was the beginning of a democratic era in Denmark.
King Christian VII and Prince Frederik inaugurated the Monument of Freedom in 1797, together with citizens and farmers; it was the "Monument of Freedom Farm".
