Jizo-do is right next to the main hall of Yugyoji Temple in Fujisawa. I thought it wasn't there when I came about 10 years ago, so when I asked, he said that he was finally able to revive it in 2014 after it collapsed due to the Great Kanto Earthquake. It's just a new hall. I thought it was beautiful.

Do you know "Yugyoji Jizodo"? It is located on the right side of the main shrine in the Jizodo in the precincts of Yugyoji. In front of the gate of Yugyoji Temple, it prospered as Fujisawa-juku on the old Tokaido, and I asked Jizo for the safety of travelers. And the Jizo Bodhisattva enshrined in this Jizo-do is one of them. It is "Higiri Jizo Bodhisattva", which is said to fulfill your wishes by visiting only on a limited day. Now, let's hope for the safety of the trip.

"Higiri Jizo Bodhisattva" is enshrined in the shrine, which fulfills your wishes if you worship only on a limited day. The front of the Yugyoji gate is the most prosperous place as Fujisawa-juku on the Tokaido, but the Jizo-do of Yugyoji, which was crowded with prayers for safety along the way since the Edo period, collapsed due to the Great Kanto Earthquake. Higiri Jizo Bodhisattva has been moved to the main hall for a long time. It is a Mido that was rebuilt for the first time in about 100 years to requite the soul of the person who died in the earthquake and Feng Shui fire 々 after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
