The former site of Hangzhou Zhejiang-Shanghai Railway Bureau is located at No. 13 Beishan Road, on the foothills of Gem Mountain, facing the West Lake. It was the office space of Zhejiang-Shanghai Railway Bureau during the Republic of China. The old house is still there, and it has become the training base of Shanghai Railway Bureau.
The place is located in the business district of West Lake, next to shops. There is an iron brand outside the door that indicates that it is the former site of the Zhejiang-Shanghai Railway Bureau. It has now become the training center of the Shanghai Railway Bureau, but it is not ornamental.
