A small hill with a good view
Next to Hiroshima City University is "Otsuka Learning Hill Park". You can see the Hiroshima Big Arch and the view is good. The nearby Nishifu Shinto Higashi Park is a park with a similar feeling and the view is good.
Good for walking, lush park
I took a walk in this park near Hiroshima City University. This park is located on a small hill where universities and other schools stand. Surrounded by greenery, it is a very good park for a walk. I visited around 4 pm on Saturday, but there were few people and the relaxing time was over.
