Old bank の
Original Text
I was walking through the Kurayoshi Shirakabe Dozo group and was curious, so I went in. Unfortunately, it was closed and I couldn't enter, but it looked like a museum using a former bank warehouse. I couldn't enter the gallery, but it was a building that I could feel like it was a bank warehouse.
It is adjacent to the restaurant "Shirakabe Club" in the center of the city. It is a museum that used the former bank warehouse. Not only is it a base to support the art activities of people with disabilities, but also works by local artists are exhibited. Unfortunately, at this time, I was only looking at the building from the outside on a closed day.
The facility will take over the achievements of the 14th National Arts and Cultural Festival for the Disabled held in Tottori Prefecture in 2014 and will support the artistic activities of the disabled in general through permanent exhibitions and tour exhibitions. It is said that it aims for borderless activities as well as disabled people. It is a building that utilizes the former bank warehouse and is located in a corner of the white-walled warehouses. It's a nice building that blends into the surrounding area.
The warehouse of the former National Third Bank Kurayoshi Branch has been renovated and used as a gallery. Exhibitions are centered on works by people with disabilities. This time, the "Terakotta Tenrankai" exhibition was held. It was a simple and powerful pottery work of ungrilled.
JR I found it and stopped by when I was sightseeing in the Shirakabe Dozo area by bus from Kurayoshi Station. "Iwami Katatsumuri Kobo Works Exhibition" was held for free. Although it is small, the works were exhibited on the 1 floor and 2 floor. It was a nice work 〇
