Spectacular Entertainment

The front door is around the side where the Carolina Opry building is visible. They open their doors around 4:45pm, so get there early for a drink & seat in the pub...there's a pre-show on the main level, if you're interested. Then, you'll be directed upstairs (or elevator for those in need) for the main show. It's fun, amazing acrobatics, pyrotechnics, a vision for the eyes, animal acts, mermaids, competition with audience participation... try to keep up with it all! The food was actually really good! The soup & biscuit was delish, juicy side of roast chicken, & sides were great. Dessert comes after your table is cleared, and they offer doggy bags for your leftovers. You can order alcohol beverages to be brought for extra $$. Be prepared to leave a tip cash for your poor, overworked crewmember/server (15% of your total ticket cost would be nice). You've got to decide if you're going to eat or participate in singing, shouting, toasting, etc. Would definitely recommend and will have to take our kids/grandkids to see. For a brief moment at the beginning and toward the end, they blast the cannons, so if you're sensitive to that, just cover your ears till it's over (maybe 30-60 seconds). GREAT SHOW!

A great show!

What a fantastic show! A good variety of acrobatics, animals, audience participation, and music! The stage/set was pretty awesome as well. My kids are a little older, and they enjoyed the food. Everyone had a good time and was entertained by the show. Maybe we will see it again in the future!

Awesome experience. Wife, 13yo daughter, and I really enjoyed it. As others have said, the story isn't really important - it's just terrific, non-stop entertainment. It's impressive how they seat and serve so many people so quickly. And they give you a QR code to scan to get bar drinks delivered right to your seat. You never have to get up! My ONLY complaint is that EVERYTHING is disposable - paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. I get it - they're service hundreds of people at each show and have 2-3 shows per day, so I am sure that just being able to throw everything out is more efficient. But I just couldn't stand the thought of all that stuff ending up in the trash day after day after day. Would really encourage them to think about more sustainable ways to provide such a great experience.
