It is the only sea castle in Japan with the entire island floating off Omishima as a castle. It is said that it is located in the position of suppressing Hanaguri Seto, which is considered to be a difficult place in the sea, at the castle of Murakami Suigun. When I looked at the history and looked at it, I thought that the old ingenuity was wonderful.

From Omishima Bridge to Ta 々 Rashimanami Park, ride a bicycle 6-7km. Go to Ta 々 Raohashi Bridge on the sign of the cycling road on the Shimanami Kaido. The highlights on the way are the Naguri Seto Observatory and the ruins of Amazaki Castle. The castle was a castle for each small island, wasn't it? It seems that it was a magnificent castle of Murakami Suigun, but now I just looked across the sea from Omishima.
