It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Saginuma Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. There is no parking lot. Since it is on a hill, you can see the surrounding area.

It is a park on a small hill with a nice view. There is also a bench where you can enjoy the scenery slowly. In early summer, the fence hydrangea is beautiful with a full slope.

Most of the parks cannot be used at the temporary installation of the water tower, but there was a place to put some of them in, so I went there. As expected, the terrain is high, so the view of the city center in the direction of Shinjuku is nice. The water tower is like a temporary one, so it would be nice to be a beautiful park soon.
