We went up from the Haitang Park cableway. The volunteer service was very good. The explanation was clear. The scenery of Xishan was good. It took time and effort to take the cableway up the mountain. Longmen is beautiful to see Dianchi Lake. Huating Temple is worth seeing. Another temple does not know why the driver did not stop.

This package is very good. It takes about 3 hours to punch in Lingxu Pavilion "500 Mile Dianchi Lake" and Longmen. The bus goes up the mountain and takes the cable car 🚠. After getting off the bus, climb a mountain road to the top and overlook the Dianchi Lake. Then go to Longmen and walk along the grottoes hewed on the cliff. You can go to Longmen and other attractions along the way. After the end, take the battery car down the mountain, then take the bus back to Xishan subway station.

I did my homework in advance and chose the retrograde route: take the bus first 🚌 Battery car Climbing mountain ⛰️ and the up Cable car 🚡 Down Bus 🚌. It is said that it is easy to go up the mountain and difficult to go down the mountain, so when you go up, you choose to climb the mountain first. Although there will be hedges, there is no need to queue up for the ropeway and battery car, which saves time. And the ropeway down the mountain is just on the side of Dianchi Lake. You can rest and enjoy the scenery all the way down. It is great. (The only regret is that my sunscreen mask was lost in Xishan)

There are many ways to visit, there are sightseeing battery cars, there are ropeways, and you can walk. Our choice is to take the open cableway up the mountain one way to the top of the West Mountain, and then take the sightseeing battery car back to the exit. The open cableway is very special, the view is very good, the right hand side is the mountain, the left hand side is the Dianchi Lake, because it is open, the feet are vacated, it feels closer to nature, blowing the wind, watching the beautiful scenery of Dianchi Lake, very comfortable. The cableway is a short walk to the top of the mountain Lingxu Pavilion. This is basically the highest place in the West Mountain. It overlooks the 500-mile Dianchi Lake. The view is very good and the scenery is beautiful. After your arrival, you can go to the dragon gate. It is said that Yunnan has never been out of the dragon gate, so the dragon gate and the sacrifice of Kuixing are built to pray for the testers to get good results. Soon after the construction, Yunnan has come out of the dragon gate. This section of Longmen is the most essence of Xishan. After walking down the mountain, it is not too laborious. After arriving at the station of the battery car, take the sightseeing battery car and return to the door. A area at the door is the tomb of the ear, you can look at it and visit the memorial hall. After the tour is over, take the car cableway back to Dianchi Haitang Park, so that the whole process can be browsed for about 4 hours. Dianchi Haitang Park is on the edge of Dianchi Lake. After the Xishan overlooks Dianchi Lake, walk around Dianchi Lake. Experience a different feeling.

The 75 yuan Ctrip package bus stops at every attraction, and go to Longmen Scenic Area directly to the cableway in the package to Longmen Mountain. You can see the panoramic view of Dianchi Lake on the mountain. Follow the route down the mountain and take the battery car back to the entrance of Longmen Scenic Area. Take a taxi to the Xishan Scenic Area Visitor Center at 9 o'clock. If the student ticket is a bus return, it is the same as the Trip.com adult ticket 75 yuan. Our student ticket chose one-way 62.5 yuan. After leaving the Xishan Scenic Area, on the right is to buy a cableway ticket for 60 yuan to cross Dianchi Lake to Haitang Dam. The box can accommodate 6 people. This scenery is very good and there are few people. In the afternoon, I was happier than Xishan in Haitang Park. There seagull food is not recommended to buy, not as good as thin crisps by seagulls like.

On the top of the West Mountain, you can see a large area of Dianchi Lake. There are many Buddha statues on the Longmen below, but the road is a bit difficult to walk, and the overall is not bad. There are many fork roads along the road up the mountain, and each one leads to various places under the mountain. I really want to go again and again. The place can be beautiful with a shot on the mountain.
