Tear it down
Put it back on the tax roles and let's make some money off of the site. This is overdue and it just sits there...costing money Maybe in its heyday it was great, but it's time to move on.

311 in the streets
We went to 311 which was outside the center. The center has great art on it but it has basically become a fossil due to other facilities in area. Great location in downtown but limited parking.
Lincoln's concert venue
I have seen many concerts here and this fall's was no different. Not the best venue in the country but a perfect size for lincoln. no alcohol sold here.
OK for most activities
This building is getting pretty old but it's still a good venue for a out of town circus or other sorts of entertainment. Parking can be a problem but go early and you'll be fine. Prices are usuall...
