Daxi Reservoir is located in the south of Liyang City and north of Yilu Mountains. It is named Daxi Reservoir because it is located in the upper reaches of the Daxi River and the dam is used to stop the water of the Daxi River. Daxi Reservoir was built in 1958. The Daxiyuan Ecological Nature Reserve, which is surrounded by reservoirs, is the most complete nature reserve for ecological species in East China. The forest coverage here is extremely high, the lake is clear like a mirror, the bamboo sea is endless, rich in negative oxygen ions, and there is a Daxi Music Square here, which is quite interesting.
