Church of Saint Peter the Old

Its name comes from the patron saint of Davao City. The church was first built in 1847 during the Spanish rule. It was an earlier church for worship in the city. The current church is a modern building, built in the 20th century. The original altar of the church is preserved on the right side of the cathedral. On the side, the altar is engraved with images, an important part of which is the old portrait of St. Peter.
