Worth a stop and located just next to the Street to Utsjoki
We visited this site on the way north. It's just next to the street, you can not miss it. The cabins are furnished as they used to be. There's an authentic feeling, and the atmosphere is very pleasant...
A really interesting Sami site. Although this attraction was closed when I visited the guide I was with gave me a very interesting history of the site. Would be worth a visit in the summer.
The church huts are the cutest: never seen similas ones before but the idea behind them is just practical. Many lovely old huts near by the church and all different; some smaller and some more bigger...
Wonderful views on the lake, amazing huts/open-air museum, good mission cafe and Lappish handicrafts. And organ music in the church. Absolutely worth visiting.

Lovely place for pictures, snowshoes hike and relaxing time. The Church is very nice. Parking place where you can see northern lights.
