Don’t follow the “loop” on the map, you’ll end up nowhere! Unbelievable! Employee raking road made the road barely passable with 2 feet high piles of sand instead of raking it out flat! Horrible exper...
This park is VAST. It has a $3 entry fee. I parked in lot #2 and hiked the Grassy Trail. It was fairly homogenous scrub, with a slightly overgrown trail. Easy to follow, easy to hike.
Saw some info about Fort look Christmas on line and saw that Tosohatchee was nearby. Fort Christmas was interesting and pretty ouiet as it is isolated . It was a good choice due to the virus situation...

Tosohatchee State Park
Tosohatchee doesn't have a lot of parking, lots of trees, visitors mainly middle aged locals driving over to the space coast. They have wildlife.
