Virgin Pavilion

Jiulongshan National Forest Park is close to the seaside cliff with a virgin pavilion. Standing here, the view is very good, and you can see the Qiantang River Crossing Sea Bridge. It is rumored that this pavilion was built to commemorate Meng Jiangnv. You can sit here and rest and see the legends.

The seaside not far from the Red Mansion Dream Sea Monument, there is also a unique memorial pavilion - "Zhennv Pavilion". It is rumored that Meng Jiangnv is the daughter of Meng and Jiang outside Zhapu City. Her husband Fan Jialiang was conscripted as a citizen because Qin Shihuang built the Great Wall, and he did not return after three years. Meng Jiangnv found her husband to Shanhaiguan, learned that her husband Fan Jialiang was buried in the city base, Meng Jiangnv cried down the Great Wall 800 miles. Infuriated Qin Shihuang personally asked the case, Qin Shihuang was moved by Meng Jiangnv's beauty, wanted to be sealed as a princess, because Meng Jiangnv's heavy filial piety could not get it. After Qin Shihuang accompanied Meng Jiangnv back to Zhapu to complete the funeral wish, Meng Jiangnv still secretly fled. When the officers and soldiers found the foot of the mountain, Meng Jiangnv was angry and wandered. Qin Shihuang thought that the woman was too virginal, and finally could only let his men smash it with a mess and throw it into the sea. In order to commemorate Meng Jiangnv, the posterity carved four characters of "Meng Jiang mash stone" on the rock of its fierce land, and built "Zhennv Pavilion" and plastic Meng Jiangnv stone statues on the rock for future generations to look up. Since Qin Shihuang stood at the foot of the light mountain to watch Meng Jiangnv being disposed of, the mountain was called Guanshan. Meng Jiangnv's story is a legend, this version of interpretation, can be said to be a legend.
