Laijiao Village is located in Tuling Town, Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. There are many houses built of stones in the village. The hillsides overlapped layer by layer, and the "stones" connected by the head and tail are like an ancient castle. Into this cluster of houses made of stone, the historical weight is filled with the air. The stone boulders on the walls are all iron-red weathered fossils. When building the house, it is on the hill, and the layout is not particular about it. Many people in the same house have to go up several stone steps from this room to that room. Between households, there are stone steps connected. Generally, the house is built with stone to the top, and there are also some adobes on the top. These houses have one thing in common, that is, the windows are small and small, and it is said that they are considered for anti-theft. In the same house, they must leave a narrow open-air laneway or small patio between the front and back rooms, in order to facilitate ventilation and lighting. The most magnificent and distinctive number of ancient houses is "Ruifeng Building". According to reports, "Ruifeng Building" is located in the height of the village, with two floors of buildings, all made of random stones, and the whole building is full of stones on three sides to the top, only three small windows on the front wall of the second floor. The gate is beautifully constructed, and the arched gate is made of finely carved diaphragm square stone. The door is carved with the word "Ruifeng", and the word "Qing Jiaqing four years before autumn". The bottom wall of "Ruifeng Building" is one meter wide, and the narrowest part of the second floor is more than 70 cm. Three rooms on both sides of the building, a small hall behind, and a large patio in the middle. This structure is a bit similar to the earth building in Luxi. Unfortunately, after a fire, the second and third floors were burned down due to the wooden structure, and the first floor was rebuilt with stone bricks. Walking through the stone alleys, the walls on both sides are within reach. The stone houses are stacked and scattered. The narrow, quiet stone alleys are washed by rain, leaving ancient marks on the stone beams. The old vine wrapped in the stone wall added a vicissitudes to the stone house. After years of baptism, the stone wall is a mottled, but the red, gray, Tibetan green color is displayed, under the sun, so beautiful, colorful, like an oil painting. Many local artists once came to the ancient houses, involuntarily like this oil painting of the countryside. The stone walls of the gap of the green moss spots, making the space of the lanes dark and quiet. Sunlight can only hit the high roof ridge, a little light leaks on the wall, and contrasts with the dark lanes, forming a very different space. You can make an appointment with friends, it is more convenient to drive with a few people. [Fun] In fact, there is nothing fun, but you can eat the famous Tuling pig's feet there by the way. Not bad, the village is not very big, but the stone house is very distinctive, there are not many people, it is quite quiet.

The stone house left behind is not too much. It is concentrated at the entrance of the village. Basically, no one lives. Some of the doors are locked, some are open, and the furniture inside is empty. Arrived in the afternoon, I feel that the stone will taste more in rainy days or evening. I like the ancient village and I heard its name early. I took this business trip to Quanzhou and took the special line bus to Tuling Town at the central passenger station. I got off at the town government for more than an hour. Crossing the road is the departure station of the No. 3 bus to Lijiao Village. It departs every hour. Missed the shuttle bus at 9 o'clock, so I had to wait around until 10 o'clock. The fare is 2 yuan, and it takes more than 20 minutes to reach the ancient houses of Laijiao Village. Remember to tell the master to go to the ancient houses, otherwise it will be far from the terminal. Since there is no car at 12 o'clock, only speed up the rhythm. Fortunately, the ancient villagers are not far from the place to get off. Although the stone house is not as colorful as the photo, it is quite large, quiet and comfortable. Climb along the stone steps and shuttle in the quiet stone alley. Time seems to have stalled! After walking for more than half an hour, I took the bus that departed at 11 o'clock and returned to the main road and transferred back to Quanzhou. In fact, I can also get off here when I come here and transfer to No. 3 bus!
