Open Saturdays. Worth the Visit
This museum is dedicated to swords and swordsmanship. Quite unique. Located in a very historic location; adjacent to the Sai River, and just north of the Sai Shrine. For more details, see "The Poet's ...
A sword memorial hall on the way to the mountainside road. The swords of the Tsukiyama family are on display. I was wondering if I could see the sword making place because there is a training ground, but it seems that I can't see it at any time. I really feel the sacredness of making a sacred sword in a remote place.
The signboard said the Dojo Memorial Hall, so it's probably a place to practice. It's on a mountainside road, but the entrance is the wind style itself. When I gently entered the garden, there was a lantern and it was a nice garden of pure Japanese style.
March ~ Only open on Saturdays until November, but you can touch a really beautiful Japanese sword.

March ~ Only open on Saturdays until November (closed in August), but I recommend it to those who are interested in Japanese swords (or art works), recently interested in the beauty of Japanese swords. From overseas to visit museums and museums I will meet a traveler, but this is ピッタリ for such a person. I can't see the work of making swords, but I think the beauty of the decoration of swords that can be appreciated here (see attached photo) is difficult to touch in other museums and museums ...
Located along the mountainside road, it is also recommended for those walking. There aren't many exhibits, but you can also get explanations from a real swordsmith.
