About 10 minutes walk from Kita-Sendai Station. Founded in 1874. The site of the adjacent Toshoji Temple was provided as the precincts of our company. The deity is Takefurihiko (Date Masamune). The former torii was destroyed by the Great East Japan Earthquake. The current torii was built in 2014. The hall of worship (built in 1927) and the main hall (built in 1924) are wooden copper plate roofed. Near the Chozuya, there is the former Aihime Sha Syado (built in 1931), which enshrined Aihime, the lawful wife of Date Masamune. Six buildings, including these, are designated as national registered tangible cultural properties.
