Its ok to see (from the stairs leading down to promenade), but dont waste too much time there. 3 min enough.

Interesting and well worth a quick visit

I will not spend too many hours here but it is quite interesting to see the Sun Clock at the end of the promenade. The view from the top of the stairs is more impressive.
