Mus4The castle is an amazing place to remember some history from the time when Maximiliano de Hasburgo and his wife arrived to mexico to the actual moment. Also all the Mexican context and the nationalism that in primary we get as Mexican. is beautiful to remember. I saw that the Folklore Ballet of Amalia Hernandez have some performances there, I love that company. it’s a pitty that next day I had to go from CDMX and we already have plan for that evening. if you have time get the tickets ☺️

Every day, the huge flag is raised in Constitution Square, three middle-aged officers walk side by side, and 13 soldiers walk out of the central gate of the National Palace with the huge flag rolled in their arms. When entering the gate of the National Palace, you must check your documents, and foreigners leave your passports in exchange for a visit certificate hanging on your chest. The National Palace is very large. When we went, only one courtyard and upstairs were opened. We could see some murals reflecting the early struggle for independence and wartime. There is a small room with a flag, which is a previously used parliament hall. Due to no English introduction, no more information can be obtained.
