Shuren Hall

The Shurentang is the scenic spot of Hongcun Scenic Area. It was built during the Qing Dynasty and Tongzhi years. It is a three-story structure on the second floor. The garden pool here is unique and ingenious. The grassroots hexagonal shape of the whole house is taken from the meaning of "Liuhe Dashun". The main hall and the partial hall are backed by the water canal. The north faces south, and there is a small fish pond on the east side of the hall. There are two small study rooms in the courtyard. The tree hall is the meaning of "100 industry must be fine, children and grandchildren should be taught", which means far-reaching.

Hongcun Shurentang, which is very close to Nanhu College. The outer door of the Shurentang is a eight-character gate building, with built-in suspension blocking, symbolizing the majesty and platoon of the official family, representing the once prominent status. It is recommended that you go to Hongcun to travel, be sure to ask the tour guide to explain for you, the building inside is still quite interesting.

The history of Hongcun is still very good, there are many historical buildings in it to the present, and it is relatively complete. We did not ask the tour guide to see some introductions by ourselves, and then took beautiful photos.

The Shurentang, also known as the folk art collection hall, reproduces some aspects of Huizhou social life back then. The whole house of the Shurentang is hexagonal, taking the meaning of Liuhe Dashun, ceiling painting, flying gold. The east side of the hall uses limited open space to build a small pond and live water.

Turning in this ancient place of Hongcun, there is really too much harvest, and I saw a lot of the courtyard of the previous landlord's house. This tree hall is also quite good. Very feeling, very distinctive! !

The Shurentang is also the Chen Minyi Collection Hall, a private collection of the owner Wang Senqiang?, to promote Huizhou history and culture, the owner has collected old workshop machinery, stone utensils, Huizhou prints, Hongcun family tree and so on from the folk and museums over the years.
